I’m pretty particular and these really are great shelves. Looks like these guys are making improvements based on reviews so hats off to them. One previous review said the screws strip easily in the particle board shelf, they now have metal threaded inserts in the shelf and small bolts (uses a regular Phillips screwdriver) that secure the bracket to the shelf very well. Another reviewer also mentioned he wished the bottom bracket extended and had a third screw which it does have now. Lastly, another review said he used his own anchors for drywall mount. They come with two different types of anchors, one of which is well suited for drywall. There are also really nice rubber washers that go between the bracket and shelf when screwing it together to provide vibration resistance from the speaker. The metal bracket overall is very sturdy, not cheap and thin metal. The finish on the shelf is nice. Really don’t think you’re going to find a better shelf at this price point. They really serve their purpose well.

The wall mount should have another screw in the middle and at the bottom of the wall mount thus positioning the screws in a triangle fashion providing a sturdier base because how they are placed now, side by side at the top of the mount, gives the mount a slight tilt, not noticeable if your not a anal retentive.

This is truly a good cheap product to buy for your speakers. I’m surprised how sturdy it is it came good wall anchors and held it in position. it was super easy to set up and it blended in with my black desk it was really well made and for this price it’s perfect.
