It holds the phone reasonably well but handlebar clamp will slip when riding something other than a smooth surface. The fastener is a bit too large for the space available on my handlebars, but it probably would work fine with wider bars.

At first I thought this would be too big and bulky but this fit perfectly on my daughter’s electric scooter. She did not realize she had to put it in the lock position so at first her phone fell out while riding. Once she realized she just has to hit the button to lock it, then worked great. It held her phone securely in place even while hitting big bumps. It was so easy to install that she did it on her own. She loves this phone holder!

This can fit over thicker handlebars. You have to rotate a knob to tighten it down. Make sure the knob is facing you when you're riding. It is a very dependable & sturdy design. The jaws are spring-loaded and it locks in place, so your phone will not get jarred loose. This is also for use on motorcycles. I bought two, so I have a back-up.

Works great. Keeps my phone from falling out of my pockets. All of my pockets seem specially designed to eject phones the moment I sit or move from exactly 90° from whatever surface I am standing on so this is handy to have. It holds the phone nice and tight and it is easy to quickly lock and unlock. The lock seems to work well. I haven't crashed my bike to test it out or anything but it did fall over in my yard and it held onto my phone like a champ. I like the design overall and the clicky noise it makes while you're tightening it is very satisfying. It's very light too. If youre into that kind of stuff.
