I use this sweat belt for extra heat and sweating during my workout. It doesn't give a lot of compression but not what i wanted it for, I have my waist belt for that. It is very durable and performs well. It fits my short torso and does not roll up. I purchased a small for my 30 inch waist. I love that the appearance is discrete and can be worn under clothes To mention it is reasonably priced. Will purchase another one.

Have had many waist belts over the years. This is by far the best! Have won this while walking cycling, exercising, and even on long road trips in the car. In all cases it supports my back and helps tighten my abs. It also provides warmth and feels comfortable (no itching) on my bear skin. Easy to take care of at home and easy to travel with. I ordered this waste trainer to help me in these issues. Firming of my tummy. Helping my posture. Aches in my back. When I wear it when I walk, I do sweat on my stomach. Nothing makes you have a flat stomach instantly but it does help me to firm it. The fabric and feel of using it is good. And I’d like to say it’s very strong. You can put it as tight or is loose as you need to. You will sweat on your tummy. It has helped me with my bad posture, and my aches in the lower part of my spine. I think a lot of it is just because I feel it and I stand taller and straighter while I walk. My small of my back does feel so much better when I’m done. I am 66 in age, 5’4”, I weigh 131. I bought the size medium and it was a hair too big but I use it anyway. Hope this helps with other ladies trying to use it for similar things. And by the way, the quality does seem worth it.

I've been on a health kick lately working out and walking around 12k steps a day. I put this on during workouts and I definitely sweat more. It does what it's supposed to do and it's comfortable. The velcro holds very well. No complaints here and I got it at a much better price than other similar belts. Awesome product!

I originally bought this for working out but quickly realized it helps a ton with my back pain! Sure there are back braces and things but I never really considered any of that, just figured I'd live with it. But this really changed things for me. I use it for grocery shopping, heavy lifting, long walks, or whenever my back is just killing me. No one can ever tell I'm wearing it under my tshirt. Normally has me sweating like crazy while feeling light as a feather, funnily enough. I'm 5'11, 250lb as of writing this (up to 280lb while using this product) and it's always fit me great! I've found it can roll up a bit with excessive movement but it's a pretty quick fix. Would buy it over and over again just to walk through a store or clean the house with less back pain. Of course the weight lifting is infinitely easier with this bad boy too.
