So far, so good!!! I wear this when walking and it definitely makes me sweat more in the areas it covers. I like that it can adjust to any size and it’s actually comfortable to wear. It’s not stiff or scratchy at all. It is thick so it really wouldn’t work as a shapewear under clothes. I’m unsure how to clean it though, surely it will eventually need washed.

This is something my wife wanted and now that it's here, it feels like a yoga mat. I know not all products are created equal and I myself don't use these products. Well made nothing to fancy, one size fits all due to able to Velcro anywhere. It does smell like rubber and no care instructions. My assumption would be hand wash and hang dry to preserve the Velcro.

Yes this waist trainer belt is thin and lightweight, but there were more negatives with this belt for me than positives. I liked that it had like a wetsuit type of feel and that it was also like a sauna belt that can help you to lose weight a little faster to amplify your workouts. What I didn't like about this belt is that it only had a velcro closure in the middle instead of all the way along the seam. Normally these types of belts have a firm velcro closure along the whole end so the two ends also stay secured instead of just the middle part. Because it doesn't close at the top and bottom these two ends roll back in. I also noticed while wearing the belt as I worked out that the both the top of the belt and the bottom of the belt rolled in towards the middle of the belt. I had to constantly roll it back out and pull it down during my workout. It did increase the amount of sweat during my workout which is why I gave it two stars. As for the fit, I wear about 16 or 2XL and this just fit me. I wouldn't want to be 20 pounds heavier because it probably wouldn't fit me.

I'm starting to get back into my exercise habits. I've seen that many people recommend using this type of belt for walking or running since it burns a lot of fat in the abdominal area. I loved it; it's the right size, it's very comfortable, and it does what it says.

This waist training belt is very soft and comfortable. It will make you sweat after a good intensive workout. I can’t say I’ve noticed any real difference in my waist, maybe just water retention is decreased. I also find it to be annoying to have on after a while and sometimes challenging to wear when I’m doing crunches/ an exercises.

This is a very well-made belt and should help melt the fat while working out and gives you good back support! I wear it while I walk for 9000-12000 steps a day. I definitely feel that it is making a difference. Time will tell! But great so far!!
