"so i bought these cuz my feet were killin me after work every day. honestly didnt expect much for the price but wow. they got like these little bumps on them that feel kinda weird at first but then u get used to it and it feels like a massage while walking?? shipping was fast too but the packageing was a bit crushed when it got here. doesnt matter tho cuz the insoles were fine. i had to trim them a little bit to fit my sneakers but it was super easy to do. my back doesnt even hurt as much now which is crazy. if ur on your feet all day just get them... seriously its worth the few bucks.

Tried lots of inserts as I've been fighting a nasty case of plantar fasciitis. These in and of themselves won't take care of the issue but they give your feet a needed break to allow them to more easily recover. When combined with compression sleeves for my feet plus dialing back on activities on my feet until they have a chance to heal, this is finally helping to break the cycle of pain. Will eventually need to move on to strengthening exercises, but not too much until my feet have a little time to heal, which these inserts are providing the kind of supportive comfort that helps with the healing stage.

I like these insoles. They were the perfect size for my boots. I didn't have to cut them to fit. They might have made a little difference in the pain i have but it wasn't anything great. They are very comfortable.

Bought these to go in a pair of Joomra "barefoot" type shoes, and they work well. At first I thought they might be a little too thick, but they offer just enough cushioning without taking away the minimalist feel. They're soft and feel great walking on them. One thing to keep in mind is if you prefer an untextured insert. These have little raised areas that you will definitely feel, but it's going to be individual whether that bothers you or not.
