Product delivered a smooth shave as advertised. I first saw this product at Sports Clips in California. It was awesome and delivered a head shave right down to the skin with no nicks!. I bought the product from Amazon, but realized that I had to handle it differently than other electric razors for that 0" all around shave I was used to until this one came around. First, the hairs on your head need to be pretty short otherwise the razor won't work well. I figure that if your hair gets more than 1" all around then you'll likely have problems shaving your head. It will work, BUT it will take longer. It also works on the face so long as those hairs are also short. About 1-2 days growth. Anything more than that and you'll probably get nicks on your face. I know I got some on mine. Battery charge: It will take several hours before the razor is at full charge. It will certainly last one session of a full head-hair cut. Also, it's loud. You're not going to want to do this at night if someone is sleeping in the house lol. All-in-all I'm more than happy with my product. I'm experienced enough with the shave now that I don't get any hairs left standing on my head. The process for me doesn't really take more than about 15 minutes of careful shaving. The "careful" part of the shaving I mean is that I try to got in a relatively consistent path during the shave. Single hairs can remain that become difficult to remove. ... show more

    • As close shaving as you can get
This is the kind of shaver my barber uses and it always did a wonderful job in taking care of my stubs. One thing you must remember is that this shaver will not cut or shave long hairs, you need to get it down to a stub. Once you do that, you're gold. It shaves as close as my safety razor, no bumps. Also, you don't need to force it to your face and throat. Just glide it around and work your hand to give it different cutting angles. ... show more

When I was a girl my dad let me have his old shaver when he got a new one. Each time in adulthood, when I went to buy a shaver, the sales person would say, 'Men's shavers are too much for women's skin, try these made for women'. I fell for it, so I kept looking. Electric razors don’t work for me. My facial hair is tough so electric razors always struggle for me. I came across this model when a barber used it on me I was shocked at the close shave it gave me. It litterly felt like a close shave with a razor. I love this razor.
