We bought two 20 x 20's for a wedding. Rental cost was $300 ea. we paid $375 ea. to own them. Next time we use them which will be a graduation party next spring they will pay for themselves. We also rented a larger tent - wish now I'd purchased the larger one as well. The instructions are almost non-existent so hopefully someone in your group has some common sense and a bit of a problem solving mindset. The frame seems pretty flimsy at first but once you get the top on everything tightens up nicely. We had lots of hands (8 people) so set up and take down was a breeze. Each tent has 8 legs so 8 people is perfect. I am positive I could have done the whole thing myself but it would have been a major chore. You might as well plan on buying ropes and stakes. The ones that came with the tents were not worth using. We were missing one small clip so I did have to run to the hardware store to get one. It wasn't worth contacting the vendor to get another one - it cost me 50 cents at the store. They looked great once they were assembled and had lots of space under them - better than the large circus type tent we rented. And since the material was a lot lighter there was a lot more light in the tent. For the price I doubt you can beat them. I would not recommend leaving them up for any length of time because long term durability would be a question but for events they are excellent. No issues with the seller at all. Got them quick and easy.

I would not recommend buying this item, unless you are in a pinch and there is NO other choice. It is exceptionally light duty frame and cover, plus the cover does not fit well. But as I say in a pinch for a weekend event one time install it might hold up to light rain and 3 to 5mph wind . VERY LIGHT DUTY ! IWILL NOT BE BUYING OR ORDERING ANYTHING FROM AMAZON until they resolve this order it is now April 23,2020 and the order was placed on January 22, 2020. THREE months is long enough even with this virus thing, Amazon enough is enough

Liked the frame really well, but the tarps for the roof and the walls are really cheap made. The tie down loops tear off real easy. Won't hold up to much of a wind The Corners don't rap around the poles, very light weight Velcro straps. Would not really recommend this product, unless you just planning on using it for only a day.

If you're looking for sides to a tent that attach with a more sturdy strap than velcro this tent isn't for you. The sides only stay up with Velcro and have no holes to put zipties through. Any type of wind will rip the velcro straps right off the sides. The fram is good but thats it.

the Velcro that holds the sides rips off and the tarp its self tears easily. with in hours of putting it up a breeze came up and ripped it.

The tent was large as expected but it really does not hold up well with the wind. This will require extra secure ways to keep it to the ground. It could be good enough for a one day event disassembled the same day.
