Pretty decent brakes for price. Had no issues installing. I did actually buy a similar set for my 2011 Camry and had the worst time installing. The fitment was little to none and caused issues throughout the entire process. These particular ones worked for my 2016 Scion Tc.

Can't say about longevity, but these replaced the OE pads with almost no problems. I had to file just a bit on the frame edges on one pad to get it to fit the caliper. I tried two pads in that caliper and both were a very tiny bit too wide, so I suspect it to be the caliper itself being too narrow more than the pad frame being too wide. In any event it was no big deal and they are in and working fine. They are nice and quiet and the car stops smoothly. Time will tell how they hold up, but I expect they will do well and Amazon offered them for a reasonable price. ... show more

    • Replacement Fit Exact, Simple Installation

I installed this set on 2011 Toyota RAV4 V6 3.5L Limited. A great replacement fit and had all the hardware that I would need except for the caliper pin grease. However, that was not a deal breaker as I just went ahead and bought a small tube of Permatex Ultra Disc Brake Caliper Lube grease locally before I started the replacement. I did have to do some research to find the exact replacement part I would need because of some of the confusion on the reviews, but was able to find the part needed, and this was it. Everything went on smoothly and exact. I tested the braking afterwards and braking is solid with no noise. There was not any good instructions included but youtube is a great resource for instructions. Component internal packing was adequate, and even though the outer box was somewhat mashed, everything inside was in good shape. Only time will tell if Wagner is really a good choice but so far I am very pleased with the product and the ease of the installation to be able to be perform by a 54 year old female. ... show more

My OEM pads came with new RAV4 were making horrible grinding noise even with 40% useable pads left after right around 35K miles. After rechecked and did all I can to make it worked, it just won't get back to normal. I ordered this set of pads as my last resort to get back to normal. Finally I got to that point to use it.. Oh boy, I am very glad I did it. The car is back to normal and we almost feel it is in the brand new condition again, nice, smooth and very quiet.     • Doesn't compare to OEM brakes at all!

These are Wagners best ceramic brakes supposedly! I paired them with their best Rotors expecting to find exceptional braking, equal or better than factory! What a disappointment! These brakes grabbed right from the start! Fifteen thousand miles later they still do. You have to adjust how you brake so you don't put your passenger through the window! Next is the brake dust problem. My Toyota brakes seem to leave very little dust on my wheels. The Wagner brakes on the other discolor my wheel within a couple weeks of washing them. Dark brownish gray dust coating the wheel! I have used Wagner brakes before on other vehicles and maybe didn't notice it as much! Still, that much dust means wear!!! I got almost 70,000 miles out of my factory Toyota brakes, but I don't see that kind of life out of these! As far as noise, for the most part they are quiet. I only notice noise when first starting out in the morning. Not a loud noise, just the sound of the brakes grabbing instead of gliding on the rotors.
