Coach never disappoints. I’m a decades-long fan of the brand and have treasured my Coach handbags for decades. Seriously. They hold up like no one’s business. My daughter has recently claimed one of my old Coach purses from the early 2000’s and it still looks great after all these years. So my expectations are always high and this one lived up to it. 

It’s a beautiful, sturdy tote with that classic style. I love the subtle branding and colors, they go with anything and everything. Normally I avoid brand logos but this looks more understated so I feel chic and sophisticated. I’m a casual person and this works perfectly with a pair of jeans and a tee, but I could see how this would easily work as a gorgeous work tote, a diaper bag, a school bag, etc. I love that it holds its shape without collapsing in on itself or slouching like many tote styles do. It’s also lightweight despite the thick leather and brass hardware, which is important to me since I’ve had a couple of shoulder surgeries and can only wear lightweight purses. 

I do wish this featured more interior compartments to help keep me organized, but I solve that by repurposing some smaller makeup bags. It’s roomy enough to accommodate my large wallet, iPad, phone, and a number of my everyday essentials like sunglasses, sunscreen, and makeup. The snap closure feels secure as well. Perfect tote. This isn’t one of those bags that looks nice from a distance but feels flimsy up close. It’s made with premium materials that feel incredibly sturdy in hand. Every detail from the stitching to the hardware feels high end and built to last. Size-wise, it's definitely oversized which can be a major plus. There’s no need to play Tetris when packing this thing. You’ve got more than enough room for daily essentials and then some. That said, there’s only one zipped pocket inside. If you're anything like me and have a habit of tossing everything into your bag like a black hole of receipts, snacks, and random lip products, an organizer insert or zippered bag might be a wise add-on. Otherwise, be prepared to fish for your favorite lipgloss. The snap closure and hardware are heavy duty and feel really secure.
