The only issue I have is that the plastic material seems a little soft when you screw the parts together, made me feel a little concerned for the durability of the product, but that you won't know until you have used it for several years. The soft plastic may actually be a benefit over time since plastics can tend to get brittle and break over time... ... show more

    • Not great quality, difficult to assemble, but works.

This is a short term fix for me using existing wire. Difficult to put together. The contacts are loose in their sockets for poor alignment. The contacts have very little spring to them, so will fatigue easily. When assembling, make sure you don't mix up the contacts - one of them is shaped differently to accommodate the cylindrical ground pin. I should have just paid a few bucks more for a new pre-fab cord. ... show more
