I've had the bike for a few weeks now and just hit 100 miles on the odometer. Wallke is a fantastic company. I've never received this kind of customer service from any other company. Before the bike was shipped Wallke emailed me directly to confirm the shipping and order information. Not only that, but a few days after I received the bike they emailed again to make sure I was able to assemble the bike and nothing was wrong. Again, completely blown away by the customer service of Wallke. I'm 100% confident that if I do run into any issues later on down the line that the company will go above and beyond to remedy the situation. Shipping was lightening fast. I bought the bike on Nov. 16th, the bike shipped on Nov. 17th and was delivered to my front door by Nov. 20th. I couldn't believe how fast they were able to get my bike shipped to me. The bike has wonderful suspension. Makes me feel like I'm riding on air. Long battery life. I'm able to go 35-40 miles easy on throttle only mode. Smooth motor. Weather I'm in pedal assist or throttle only, the motor is very smooth and powerful to get me up hills. I went with the desert tan color. What a beautiful paint job, and not a scratch on it. You can tell the company listens to their customers. I, of course, watched a bunch of review videos on this bike before purchasing. Wallke has fixed almost all issues mentioned in those reviews through design adjustments or using different parts. For example, they have different hand brakes that don't have the bolt that hits your knuckle while riding. Good going Wallke!!!! Keep up the good work! ... show more

So far, sooooo good! Glad I didn’t get the 26” bike, it’s a lot taller than I thought it would be, and quite heavy! Well built, and sturdy, it gets lots of looks when I’m flying down the path to work!

It’s great for my size I 5’9 and 210lbs I don’t recommend it for anyone shorter than 5’8.5” it’s a very tall bike. I had issue with setting up the seat but I’m sure wallke will help me resolve it. I also don’t know what to do when I forget my password.

I wanted to have something that I could roll around town. Since this was going to be my point of entry, I wanted something on the affordable end of the spectrum. I use the term affordable loosely. Spending $2K is not an easy decision when you have to be budget conscientious. But compared to some of the other off road bikes out there like the $6K ebikes, this fell somewhere in the middle of the pack. That being said, I also needed it to be capable. So with that in mind, I knew that I wanted at least a 750W motor and ample run time. So the 14.5 battery pack was a deciding factor for me. And big tires with front and rear suspension to soak up some of the rugged terrain. This bike arrived decently packaged, but still got some damage through shipping. There were also some minor defects that made it past QC. So there was some incomplete powder coating, some scrapped powder coating. And some bent spokes because the front wheel is shipped with the pedal sticking through them. The entire assembly is a breeze and they even provide most of the tools needed. Only tool you will need of your own is a socket for the headlight bolt. While having a folding bike might seem like a great feature for travel storage, it was not a concern for me since I just put the whole bike on a 2" hitch cargo basket. That being said, folding and unfolding this bike is a cinch using the sizable locking lever and retainer. The thumb throttle on the left handle is easy to operate. Stepping up and down the three PAS levels works well. The throttle is not instant on. The start and stop delay is due to use of a cadence sensor. It's minor and not bothersome. The rear brakes hand lever is also on the left side. The brakes also cutoff the motor so you're not fighting the motor as you brake. I swapped the brake hoses so the right is rear and left is front. The brake cut off connector did not need to be swapped. The center display is bright and easy to read in the sunlight. All the information is clear and well laid out. Accessing the advanced menu is done through pressing multiple buttons at the same time. This display looks a lot nicer than the standard LCD displays found on most ebikes. As for the overall weight, it's a heavy bike. With tires that rival that of a small car and an 14AH battery pack, that's expected. The tires have tiny tread blocks with just a small bit of side bite on the edges. Not sure how many ply the walls have. They seem to grip pretty well and ride softly. I weigh about 150 lb I get the full 45 miles out of it. really good customer service quick to respond. I fell down going 23 miles an hour due to a loose bolt I do recommend checking it when it first arrives and every 500 miles I do recommend a helmet as I can say I broke my glasses and my watch. they are willing to replace the parts that got damaged with no fuss can't wait to get their bike with two batteries and give this one to my other half and we're going to use them for vacation and commuting will update with pictures lol also the construction on the bike is really good the welds are a lot better on this bike than my other two. has a clean finish, just wish they had different colors to pick from lol but then again that's me nitpicking now let's get out there and be safe and wear helmets! ... show more
