Update 8/6/2024 - It has been a little less than 2 months and I couldn't be more excited to share with everyone my experience. I would recommend this bike to just about anyone who is looking for reliability, long distance rides without having to stop to charge, and those who live in areas with tons of hills and dirt roads. I have about 600 miles on my bike and I have not had but 1 issue - my battery tray cracked (probably due to the CRAPPY NYC roads). I spoke to Amy, who is their customer service rep and in less than a week, I received a replacement tray. I don't know what else to expect out of customer service or an E-Bike. I have received tons of compliments and I have gone on long rides. A few times now, I have rode the entire way from Long Island to Manhattan and only using 15-20% of my battery - that's 20 miles! This bike is amazing and I am a loyal fan of Wallke! Update 7/4/2024 - I am very happy to report that I have been thoroughly enjoying my H9 AWD 48v 60Ah since I received it 6/11/2024. It has been nothing but EXCELLENT as far as performance and customer support (Esp. Amy at Wallke). I had to report an issue due to what I'm sure is poor handling during shipping and it was handled professionally and swiftly. Otherwise, I have tackled hills, dirt roads, long distances and I could not be any happier with my purchase! ‐-----------‐------- This is more of my first thoughts after ordering, receiving, unboxing and riding the e-bike for the first time. Updates to come. You can tell from the way they packaged this bike for shipping that they care about their name and their products. Everything was wrapped with styrofoam or some kind of plastic was placed in parts that could easily get damaged in shipping. They thought that far ahead. That was awesome. From the smell of new rubber to the sparkle gleaming off the frame, I could tell that I purchased myself a quality product. The sturdiness of the frame gives me confidence to ride my bike freely without worrying about something breaking. The welding looked strong and consistent. The wheels are big heavy 20×4 inch monsters. Setting up the handlebars, the pedals, and the front wheel was a breeze. I added a drop of loctite to bolts located on moving parts. So far so good, nothing was cracked, dented, bent or missing. All the necessary parts and screws were available. After the battery was fully charged, I placed it in the battery compartment and turned the key. The key would NOT turn all the way to the left in order for me to turn on my bike. The rod that sticks out of the battery that secured itself in that hole behind the seat was not going it because the battery rail was installed too low. Luckily, I was handy enough to fix this small issue myself but I would wonder what would happen with someone less mechanically inclined. I took it out for a spin. It has a nice slow gradual build towards its top speed - a stark contract to my 5600W scooter. The bike is a little tall and quiet long. I would venture to say that it looks like a mountain bike with two motors and fat wheels. Its a friggin tank. I almost dropped it the first time i pulled it out the garage because I did not anticipate its weight - and its heavy! Lmao I say that as a good thing because I'm not looking for anything light that I can carry. I doubt I'll even fold the thing. But its got everything you would want in an Ebike plus some attributes of a motorcycle/moped. It has that look but once you know what you are looking at, its definitely like an electric foldable mountain bike. Its awesome. Stop reading and buy it. You will love it. So far, I do! ... show more

This bike is awesome! Very easy to assemble, quick shipping, and so far great customer support. They reached out before shipment to verify details and that the bike fitment would work well for me. As for the bike, it has a ton of power. I actually turned down the pedal assist bc it’s a lot. The features and comfort of the bike are great and very user friendly. I have since charged it to 100% and put about 25 miles on it without dropping 1% of battery, which gives me a ton of confidence in longer rides. Would deff buy again and recommend for anyone that doesn’t always go off roading, but wants the capability to. The handling with the rear mounted battery is the best I’ve ever felt. Received the H9 eBike last 07Jun24. Reported problem with front wheel assembly on 10Jun24, missing anti-rotation washer on one side and flat washer on the other. The black anodized anti-rotation clips are totally different from what was advertised. The parts and recommended installation sequence are totally different from the Amazon and Wallke videos. Wallke's new installation instructions (anti-rotation washer inside the fork on the right) wouldn't work since it will offset the brake rotor to the left, dragging the rotor against the brake pads and will cause premature brake failure. Also, the slot size on the new black anodized anti-rotation clip is smaller so the anti-rotation washer cannot get into it. You have to install the anti-rotation washer first, then the anti-rotation clip, bolt the clip to the fork and finally, the axle nuts The original installation sequence was - flat washers (2.20mm thick) inside the fork; black anodized anti-rotation clip outboard of the fork, followed by anti-rotation washer (3.90mm thick, which goes inside the clip), flat washer and finally the axle nuts. Please note that the clearance between brake rotor and pads is already tight. Swapping the flat washer with the thick anti rotation clip moves the rotor to the left, rubbing against the brake pad so the front wheel cannot freely spin (rear wheel spins freely). Yet Wallke insists that's the correct installation. Duh! I sent them multiple pictures with notations about the front wheel installation problem, yet they are so stubborn and wouldn't listen (or maybe couldn't understand English well). Last 23Jun24, they promised to ship me the anti-rotation washer, even confirmed my address and phone number. Then 5 days later, I made a follow up and again, they insist that I have the right parts and should follow their installation procedure. I told them I tried it twice but wouldn't work. Since then, they promised to ship me the anti-rotation washer 3 more times, yet this is now the 3rd of July and I have yet to receive them. The anti-rotation washer is important as it prevents the axle from spinning. It's acceptable to have only one washer in a regular bike. But the H9 has a 750W motor in front and 1000W motor at the back. So it is important to have anti-rotation washers on both sides to prevent twisting effect. I'm on my 4th week of H9 eBike ownership but only has 10 miles in it (from test drive). With a missing anti-rotattion washer on one side, I'm reluctant to use it on a long ride. It's been sitting in the garage for a long while. Wallke has the worst customer support I ever dealt with. They have a phone number which they admit is not working and customer emails which they probably don't bother reading. They changed parts (probably in May, presumably to cut cost) without informing the customers. Now that there is a problem with the new parts, they came up with a new installation procedure as a work around. Some users may opt to follow their recommendations and say "Hey, it's working! What'sthe problem?" Yes, it may seem to be working since you have 2 powerful motors which can overcome the front brake drag. But one thing for sure, if you cannot freely spin the wheels, front wheel in particular, then the brake is dragging. It's similar to driving a car with the Parking Brake ON - and the brake will eventually fail. ... show more

I am 6’2” tall and weigh 275. I live in a very hilly area. This bike allows me to get up the hills with no effort, and i can peddle as much or as little as i like.
