This is not like a vinyl decal like some seemed to think. Lots of reviews said the adhesive was poor. If the surface is wet, you do not prep the surface, you lift the tape after applying, temperatures are too low, etc. you may have problems. Otherwise this is a heavy duty high quality tape. Vinyl is what you would expect from vivvid. It’s pretty thick and works fine but where it loses a star is the edges. Th edges are not perfectly cut straight which makes it hard when laying it next to seals. Hard to explain so I will try to post a picture later

Iv only used wrap about 5-8 times on a couple of my cars, so I’m fairly new. That being said iv always been happy with the results of past projects using 3M. I wanted to try vivid due to the lower price, but you get what you pay for. The wrap isn’t horrible, but it’s not as forgiving as 3M, doesn’t stick as well, and have had a couple parts crack already. The black did match my car perfectly for the chrome delete I used it for, but I will only be buying 3M from now on. ... show more
