I have tried a lot of vinyl wraps, including many from Vvivid. This is the glossiest one I have used. Most have some degree of orange peel. This does not. It looks like a true showroom finish. It is very tough, thick, and easy to work with. It has the protective layer on top to prevent scratching while working with it. Don't forget to remove that to reveal its true look. ... show more

This stuff is great. Easy on, no bubbles, super shiny. The only issue I was is that it scratches fairly easily. If you are applying in a high traffic, high touch area, I’d pass.

I like this wrap overall. It is thick, easy to install and has held up to use so far. Very shiny too! However, I noticed that it is peeling in one corner, despite heating it and stretching it properly. I used a heat gun to install and it went on smoothly, generally adhered well and no air bubbles. For 100$ if you do it yourself you can wrap this in an hour or 2 instead of paying hundreds for a paint job . Looks good in all lighting and very glossy

Used this to wrap my 350z. I am an amateur, so take that into account in this review. As someone wrapping a car for the first time, this stuff has been great, its incredibly forgiving and I've been getting a great result out of it. I would describe this as a medium tac vinyl, it holds decently before heating but it can still be pulled and repositioned without damage. The air release is great, it has limitations, but they are very broad. There is a ton of stretch in this wrap without discoloration, I had one point on this wrap job where I ended up two inches short on my cut, and I was able to pull the wrap to cover that space from about 10 inches free. Heat locks this wrap in very well, It's not going anywhere. The surface on this wrap is very "thin" with heat, you can see anything about the height of a grain of sand, so surface prep will be very important for a clean result. Finally, there is orange peel. Not very much, but there is some there. I do suspect that proper surface prep and polish will virtually eliminate it. Until Inozetek sells directly to consumer, this is the move. ... show more

1. Packaging and shipping: The shipping of the vinyl left it exposed to elements and handling. One end of the vinyl, as you can seen in the picture, was roughed up badly. As I needed this for wrapping a bed cover, I needed the full width of the roll. 2. Quality of material: The vinyl felt old and literally snapped while stretching it. I'm not talking a massive stretch, maybe 2 inches. The adhesive itself wasn't consistent and was weak in some areas. Inconsistency in the adhesive made the squeegee process more time consuming than normal. The gloss has a lot of swirls in it. I don't know the cause of that issue because it did have the protective film, but nonetheless, it has a lot of swirling. 3. End result: It was a loss due to the vinyl snapping. I went ahead and made a seem, but it's a seem in a flat area and it simply can't stay that way. I just figured I'd practice seeming techniques because I had already wasted time and money on the roll itself. 4. Would I buy it again: It depends on how they handle this issue. Unfortunately on the Mercedes C classes, there’s a common problem with this roof piece pealing over time. Mine is a 2016 and out of factory warranty and my extended won’t cover it. To change out this stupid little panel I was quoted near $1,500 to replace it. So I did want any guy would do and said f it, I’ll try and fix it myself. I’m somewhat experienced with car detailing and such, never put on vinyl in my life, but I figured how hard could it be. Watch a quick YouTube video, bought a $12 piece of this glossy black Vinyl, and let her rip. About an hour later, couple bubbles to poke out and flatten, and I took a step back and said “this stuff is legit for $12!” Stuffs pretty good, I will say the gloss black isn’t quite perfect but for $12 a piece, it’s unbeatable.
