When applying liquid foundation, I want a smooth, even air-brushed finish. I've tried sponges, brushes, and my fingers to achieve this look, but none of the methods ever completely satisfied me. When I came across the Echo, it intrigued me so much that I had to try it. Surprisingly, it did a better job than my kabuki brush at giving my foundation a smooth, even, and non-cakey finish. My technique involves applying foundation with a round-top kabuki brush in a pouncing motion only to the areas of my face that need it the most. Then, using the Echo on the #2 setting, I blend and buff the applied foundation all over my face. I don't apply any pressure on the brush but let the movement of the brush head blend the foundation evenly. I also wash the Echo brush head after each use. This keeps excess foundation from building up on the bristles leaving a cakey application. Did I mention that application takes half the time of all other methods? The Echo is now my all-time favorite foundation application method for finish results, ease of use, and application speed.

The item didn't charge or turn on. I emailed the company Spa science. Customer service was amazing! They are going to replace it and also send me a makeup bag for my troubles. They responded to my email right away. I would buy other products from them.

I was skeptical after reading so many reviews that complained about the lack of ability for the device to hold a charge. The unit I received works great. It arrived pre-charged. I have used it for three days and still have not needed to plug it in. I ordered two extra brush heads. I have a total of three. I use one for foundation, one for setting powder and one for blush. The brush is easy to use. It truly blends everything beautifully and with much less elbow grease than my manual brushes. It truly does give me an airbrushed perfectly glowing appearance. You can't beat the price! If you are on the fence about this device go ahead and try it. If it doesn't work out for you you can always return it, but I bet that you won't be doing that! Update: my brush worked great for two weeks, then the brush head would not stay on any longer. The company’s customer service was terrible. They kept insisting I was putting the head on the handle incorrectly but I was not. They wanted me to return the faulty device at my expense and they would fix it or replace it within about a month or two. I returned it to amazon instead and had my refund in minutes.

I purchases the Spa Science ECHO Makeup Brush back in July, it has totally stepped up my makeup application! I can’t express it enough on how much I love the flawless airbrushed results I get with each and every use in addition too how it reduces the amount of time it takes me in the morning applying my makeup. So when I had an issue with my makeup brush I knew I had to make contact Spa Science customer service after which they provided exceptional customer service !

This brush is amazing! Complete and obvious difference in my makeup routine. I was a huge fan of the Sonicare makeup brush prior to it being discontinued and was bummed when they stopped making it. However, this is an upgrade. It is very user friendly, and it makes your foundation flawless. It literally looks like my face was airbrushed, absolutely gorgeous. I get tons of compliments on my face makeup every time I use it. I find it also reduces the amount of time it takes to apply your foundation, and if you are a contour person like me, YOU DEFINITELY NEED THIS. The only precaution to consider prior to buying this, is that one needs to make sure to clean the brush thoroughly after using it every time. If you don't, it can get pretty gross and also lead to break-outs. I use a generic make up brush cleanser and sometimes even baby shampoo to clean the brush itself once I am finished. I would also suggest buying the extra heads so you can switch them off between uses and also have extras for cream blush, bronzer, and concealer if you are contouring. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this product.

This was the second brush I bought. The first was from JCPenney when they were going out of business, so when it wouldn’t hold a charge after one use I was SOL. But when it worked, I really liked it so I gave the company another shot through Amazon. I followed the instructions word for word, but it never held to charge longer than one use. I would have to charge it every day to work for about 30 seconds. And now after a couple months of that routine, it just stopped charging. I wish they would figure out how to make a product that was consistent. Really bummed and it’s too late to return it. So, unless they were able send me another one, I guess I’ll have to move on and try to find another company that sells them.
