From the start this purchase was perfect Delivered early. Well packaged with very efficient use of space. Wrapped well and securely. Easy instructions and simple assembly. Bonus...came with headrests which was not expected. Easy to plan layout putting sections together. Depth and height are perfect for me as I am only 5'1" but not quite as good for taller person. Love the adjustable backs for comfort. Storage ottomans are great whether hard or soft side up. Great space saving piece of furniture. All in all I definitely suggest purchase if you want a great futon sofa! *EDIT* After 3 weeks of owning the cushions have lost their firmness, the sofa crackles when sat on and any pressure to the backrests causes creaking as if the sofa was already 5 years old. Went from great and happy purchase to disappointed and frustrated. To top off...after filing return seller refuses to provide return shipping for an item even they admit has problems! Seller knowingly sells this item already knowing it has this type of problem and calls it "normal" Such a bad outcome...

The media could not be loaded. Very easy to assemble. Extremely Firm, not comfortable to nap on. You will need a pillow top for comfort if you plan to nap or have visitors sleep on it. It seems sturdy so far, everysi oftenyou will needtotightenthelegs but that only takes a few seconds. We aren't a heavy nor tall family, so this fits perfectly for us. I will request one of the legs to be replaced, as it is cracked in 2 places almost to the middle per picture. Other than that, I love it. I will do month follow up to provide updates.โค๏ธโค๏ธ

The media could not be loaded. Took us two hours to put together, I was missing one piece for the back headrest but Iโm gonna try to find a replacement piece at the hardware store instead of waiting for them to send it. Overall it feels good to sit on, I will probably nap on it at some point as well lol. Very spill proof, my dog drooled abs tracked mud in today and I was able to spray wipe and then disenfect.

Obviously this is not elegant furniture that you go to the specialty store and pick up to furnish a million dollar mansion right? But boy is it amazing when you need a setup fast! My husband and I are moving into our own home a bit unexpectedly, and we host friends over often! This couch gave me an affordable way to have plenty of versatile seats for any get together! Whether it's game night with friends or movie night with just us two, it's easy to setup, and easy to shift around to fit the need. It looks nice, with a sturdy metal frame that so far has been holding up well! I recommend this if your looking for something inexpensive but useful and nice looking!

This sofa set is small. Perfect for children or maybe a dorm room. Shipping was fast and the customer service was awesome. I had one leg that would not screw straight into the couch. I emailed the sellers, sent them pictures of the defective part and two days later the part was delivered.
