  • Vtech phones are great - we already own 3
Style: Caller ID Size: 1 Handset
Replacement for an older different company for the office. We have several others in our other rooms in this brand. They work great. All now are Vtech. Easy to use - just plug it in. Volume control is good.

  • Works pretty well
Style: Caller ID Size: 1 Handset
For years I had a Panasonic DECT cordless phone, but I could never get the volume up high enough for my poor hearing. So at the low price of this phone, it was worth the risk to experiment. Thankfully, it amplifies the caller's voice much better, and it is practical for me to use even when I don't have my hearing aids in. The accompanying instructions are rather minimal. Fortunately, I was able to plug it in where the old phone was, and it worked. ... show more

  • GREAT PHONE PAIR FROM A RELIABLE BRAND
Style: Caller ID Size: 2 Handsets
House phones in our Florida house are hard-wired and have stopped functioning except for one phone set plugged directly into the modem. No others work. I called our ISP (Spectrum) and talked to a Tech Staffer of theirs in California as it happened. Best Tech I have ever talked to. Great answer. "If our technician comes to your house and there is a wiring problem it might cost $200-$300 to get it fixed and you would be on the hook for it.". Her immediate suggestion "Hard-wired phones are truly OBSOLETE. Thus buy a WIRELESS Phone. A 2 phone pair. Plug the "Base Phone" directly into the ISP's Modem and place the other phone (1 or more) elsewhere in the house where you want them. The other phones only need a power source and away they go. Brilliant Solution, Thanks SPECTRUM Tecchie in California. Problem solved quickly and permanently at minimal cost. That's WHY I bought this phone pair. ... show more

  • Great Basic Cordless Phone with Clear Sound!

I purchased the VTech VG101-11 Cordless Phone, and it has been a reliable and easy-to-use option for everyday calls. Pros: ✔️ Clear Sound Quality – Calls come through crisp and clear, and the full-duplex speakerphone works well for hands-free conversations. ✔️ Caller ID & Call Waiting – The Caller ID feature is helpful in screening calls, and it displays names and numbers clearly. ✔️ Good Battery Life – The phone holds a charge well, lasting for multiple calls before needing a recharge. ✔️ Lightweight & Comfortable – The handset is light and easy to hold, making long conversations comfortable. ✔️ Simple Setup – Setting it up was quick and hassle-free, making it a great option for those who want a straightforward cordless phone. Cons: ➖ Basic Features – This is a no-frills cordless phone, so it lacks some advanced features, but it gets the job done. • There are better units
Style: Caller ID/Answering System Size: 4 Handsets
this system is 'adequate' for a landline phone system. Things I don't like about it: 1) the buttons on the handsets are 'soft' and 'squishy', instead of 'clicking', and pushing them doesn't always make them work well. 2) the face of the handsets is 'glossy', and reflets readily, often making it hard to read the display. 3) Instructions are, more of less, adequate. Had the devil of a time trying to figure out how to retrieved my answering machine msgs remotely. 4) the 'base' speaker' has poor sound quality, and for some unfathomable reason, has the speaker located on the BACK side of the unit, making it hard to hear clearly. Personally, I prefer the old AT&T system I had before with a nice base unit.. Not recommended. ... show more

  • Good phone
Style: Caller ID/Answering System Size: 2 Handsets
This is the second time we have had a VTech phone system. The last one lasted us for 10 years. This one is working well and I anticipate it being just as good as the first one. I like the features and they are easy to use.
