So to be totally honest, this is based on me trying it on when I received it, and it has sat unused ever since. It is pretty comfortable, and it fits in the nose of my canoe nicely. I do most of my canoeing on flat lakes and shallow rivers that require PFD be on hand, so this fit the bill.

This is such a nice life vest but runs very small. I am 5’9”, 135 lbs and I cannot even close the vest to zipper it. I ordered a large thinking it would definitely fit but maybe a large is really a medium? I decided to give this to my Mom who is 5’4” & 114 lbs and it was so tight on her. I really wanted to like this!

Excellent lifejacket. Good fit. Just snug enough and true to size. It fits quite well on my wife when we're out on our jet skis or pull skis and tubes on our boat. Can't go wrong with this as it is excellent value for the price.

According to the size chart this Life Jacket should have first me just fine if not a little loose but in spite of the vest being clearly labeled as an adult large it was way too small on me. I was not even able to get the zipper started it was so small and tight. I am far from being a large individual as I am average height and normal weight (within recommended weight guidelines) so sadly this life jacket will not work for me. The fit is so small in fact it is as though the product would actually be a child size large, not made for an adult. This is really too bad since the product itself is quite nice otherwise.

We have an inflatable kayak and lake rules require life vests. This fits really comfortably, the fabric feels amazing, and there is plenty of space in the arms to paddle. I’m 5’6” 14x lbs and this large worked well for me. Zip it up, then clasp the two clips. Pretty easy to put on and hop in the water.
