I purchased this belt 3 years ago. I wish I had used it on a regular basis, but I must admit I did not. I was very sporadic in using it (don't ask me why...dunno). I am a 77 yr old senior who has had back pain for approximately 30 years. The pain is NOT in my lumbar spine, it is off to the side a few inches, yet NOT in my hip. I cannot tell you how many chiropractors, md's, and physical therapists I've been to. Have had MRI's and CAT scans. Have received scripts for multiple pain meds (which I threw away) because I was told it was arthritis. I can go on & on, but I won't bore you. I am a fan of two Physical Therapists on YouTube - "Bob & Brad". Due to their expertise, and their ability to explain in a way that I could understand, I've come to realize that the problem is NOT in my spine, it is my S.I. joint, (Sacroilliac).and that the cause, in SOME women, can have to do with pregnancy....although men can be afflicted too. My first child was 8 lbs, my second was 9 lbs. I am not a large woman. I'm only about 5' 1". The pain did not occur immediately after pregnancy and childbirth, it came on gradually as I got older. I'm sure that is why we didn't realize what it was and what caused it. After watching one of B & B's videos, I bought this belt in 2020. I wore it sporadically, and it helped, but I was not diligent in wearing it as much as I should have. Now, in 2023, I realize if I had worn it on a regular basis, I'd be much further along in recovery. I got to the point where I was using a walker or a cane to get around. I could not stand for long periods of time - about 15 mins., and the pain in my back causes me to have to sit down. About a month ago, I happened to come upon B&B's video again, where they mentioned the BELT, and I thought, "oh, yeah, I bought one of those". I started wearing it every day, and I'm feeling 85 to 90% better already! As you can see, I HIGHLY recommend this device!! If you have lower back pain, buy one and wear it....not sporadically, but on a regular basis! If the problem is a loose SI joint, you'll feel the relief instantly!

After suffering with pain in my hip for what seems like over a year with doctors saying it was my lumbar or it was my sciatica, I decided to try this belt. I have a very small frame and a short wasted. A standard back brace only caused more discomfort, in that it swallowed me up. I had been in tears for days, at times barely able to walk, when I stumbled on the possibility it was my sacroiliac causing the pain. I then read about SI belts and consequently found this one. I ordered and anxiously waited. The belt arrived and I put it on immediately, and just as quickly began crying tears of relief rather than pain. The tighter I adjusted it, the better I felt. It truly has been a miracle. I am an artist and sit for long hours just about every day. If it happens to be my hips that are hurting, I place it around my hips. If my lumbar (L2-L3) is acting up, I wrap it around my lower back. I also travel a lot and have found that wearing this alleviates the discomfort I usually experienced walking through airports and sitting on planes for long periods of time. This belt, combined with physical therapy exercises, has been a true lifesaver and I would recommend it to anyone. I wouldn’t ever be without it! I absolutely love it!!!

I have sensory issues and this effects it a lot. I have to adjust constantly and I end up uncomfortable regardless. it does the job but dealing with sensory issues isn't a great trade for pain relief. still useful for the really bad back days

I have been using this belt for nearly 2 weeks all day and night and I feel the difference in the pain level. My PT explained why this works in stabilizing my back. All of my new exercises are geared to stabilization. This SI joint problem is very painful but at least I can walk now with controlled pain. I highly recommend this device. My only negative is the times I have to remove it to use the ladies room!!

The belt is ready to put on, and gave me immediate support and relief to my lower back. I have a bulging disc in my L5, S1, which causes me to throw off my stance. I honestly have no idea how it works to so easily provide the alignment I needed, but as soon as I tightened the last Velcro strap I just felt like my spine was more in place. I normally can't stand stand in place for more than a few minutes without pain, but wearing this belt has improved that a good bit and I just feel better when I walk. It disappears pretty well under clothes and only has 3 Velcro straps to provide the support, and they're easy to get positioned.
