Got this after reading all the reviews, despite my hesitations that it's basically a vacuum for one of the most sensitive parts of your skin. Product takes an hour or so to charge, and clearly people have given themselves embarassing bruises by leaving the thing on a part of skin for more than 2 seconds, because the instructions state you shouldn't do that probabaly a dozen times in the first two pages. Product is super easy to use, and I was really excited to try it on my nose in particular. This thing did at least as well as my own grimy nails can do with popping, with far less pain and probably far less skin damage over all. I should have thought to turn down the suction when I got zealous and tried my cheeks, because now I have some red marks there. But I'm not even mad. The pictures show how much junk it got out of my nose, and probably ten percent of it is from the rest of my face. I'm a believer.

It’s very hard to give a full review since I’ve only used it once. It is easy to use but certainly a learning curve as I gave myself some lines on my face from the improper suction. It is easy to clean and easy to assemble. It seems to have even gotten some of the blackheads on my lip line. It was satisfying and almost embarrassing how much was pulled from my pores, after cleaning my face. It definitely seems like a good product and the price makes it better.

In overall, I like this product. It effectively sucks out the acne and dirt. I can feel the difference after using it, but the only minor issue is the sucker is quite strong. So if your skin is sensitive, be careful when use it. Choose the proper sucker head and read the íntructions carefully. 2 years warranty is a plus. Mine didn’t work properly after 1 year and I had a little bit hard time contacting their CS team honestly. But finally they solved my problem, they sent me a new one for replacement - an unbox product 👏👏👏

I tried to turn it on, got nothing, so I charged it for several hours and still nothing. So disappointed that it arrived to me defected and not operable at all. So needless to say I have to return it and I don't think that I want to take another chance on this product at all. Only gave it one star, because there was no option to give it less than that.

This has decent suction, but after steaming my face and prepping it, AND knowing how much gunk I had in my pores, this thing barely came up with anything.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to use and affordable price. It has 5 different speeds with 6 heads. Mine is sensitive skin I have 2 special heads for sensitive skin this kit. Works wonders for all skin types. Best part is it’s rechargeable so need not worry about battery and it is wireless as well. Also has cute color combinations of white & blue.

I’ve only had this a week, but I can share what I’ve experienced thus far. A little background, I have extremely oily and sensitive skin. Not fun! I am a person of color with blackheads on my nose and clogged pores. When I first used it, I didn’t know what I was doing and left a mark on my face. Didn’t like it and wanted to return it. I read the instructions and tried it again. The next time I had better results and was able to see the white guck collect in the attachment. The key thing for me is to use the lowest setting and to move fairly quickly over my skin. I don’t stay longer than a second. I also realize I will be red afterwards, but it’ll go away within an hour. While I haven’t experienced major blackhead removal at this point, I have noticed major pore cleaning. For me, that’s a makes this device worth it. Also, I see a very slight improvement with my pores. I do think I need more time to see a larger benefit which I’m willing to do.

Sure it's easy to use but it doesn't work. Not one black head removed. I showered, steamed, had a hot washcloth over my face as I dried off and nothing. The stars I give it is for the exfoliating tip... That worked on my legs... but it's so small it doesnt do me much good.
