So If you are like me then you have been looking through tons of piercing kits but don't trust any because most have as many good reviews as they have bad. Well I took a chance and went with this kit despite being unsure with it, and I can truthfully say that it is amazing and truly surprised me in quality. So first off, everything came in its own little sterile packaging and the jewelry looked great. some reviews on this said the jewelry was chipped but mine arrived in great shape, and there was no balls missing or anything. And as far as value goes, it is extraordinarily cheap for the quality and quantity you get. It wasn't listed in the description but mine actually came with 4 extra needles, 2 were 15g and 2 were 13g, so it's a great deal. And for the cheap price of around $20 you can do up to 14 piercings, so I think that's great considering a professional can cost $80+ a piercing. Anyways I only had one piercing in mind when buying this kit but I figured it would be nice having extra supplies lying around just in case. So far I used this kit to pierce my septum which turned out pretty good I think. And as of right now my piercing is 7 weeks old which is about the standard healing time and I have had no infection or irritation to the jewelry. Everyone is different but my piercing has been fine and healed super fast, the needle was real sharp and made the piercing easy. I made it difficult for myself by pushing the needle slow because I was nervous but it was sharp and almost pain free. The jewelry doesn't hurt my nose or feel uncomfortable, I constantly have my septum piercing flipped which isn't as comfortable as having it down but it doesn't cause a real discomfort. And if you are a minor going behind your parents backs to buy a piercing kit please make sure to really research piercings, piercing precautions/procedure, and proper piercing aftercare and other than that this kit is perfect for you. :) But yeah all in all this is great for everyone so if you want that piercing, take a chance and get this kit <3 ... show more

okay i wanted to write a review after having the septum in for at least a month, it’s been a full month and i’ve experienced no infection and no trouble! so it’s safe to say, every needle and piercing was sanitized and sterile as said. for safety reasons though, i did dip the needle and septum piercing into some rubbing alcohol before piercing my nose. always be safe! i chose to use the black w the points at the end, it’s a bit hard to flip it up considering the points so if you need to flip it up i’d recommend the ball ends. other than that, i’d say if you really want to pierce something yourself this is a good kit! i’m thinking of piercing my bridge myself sometime in the future 👁 note: please do some research on your own before piercing anything by yourself. i did a weeks full of research and looking at proff piercers/tutorials before buying this kit and deciding to do it myself. I know i’ve said it before but be safe!!! ... show more

The actual piercing supplies are great! Multiple gages and two clamps, which is nice. More gloves would be better, but that's not really an issue. I took off one star because the jewelry itself isn't great (which we knew would probably be the case since it's so inexpensive). I tried putting the jewelry in my own ears which have been pierced for over 15 years, and they were so dull at the edges that I couldn't get them in. They probably would have worked using a needle to insert them even in established piercings, but that's kind of a hassle if you'd like to take them in and out. ... show more

Very obviously not recommended to pierce yourself at home, but got this for my bellybutton and septum. The kit came with everything, nothing missing. I have not used it yet but the needles are very sharp, I had taken one out of the package to see it better. A different piercing clamp would be useful for people doing their septum but it’s not in the kit ( neither was it advertised so I cannot complain haha ). This seems very nice and I can’t wait to use it! Please be sure to be as sanitary as possible, I’m not a professional but do lots of research and sterilize EVERYTHING to avoid possible infections! Make sure to clean your piercing 1-2 times a day, not move it around a lot and try not to touch it! Also make sure you do research on the placement of where you want to pierce! ... show more

I won't lie this is partially my fault, but I messed up (managed to fix it after almost passing out lmao) and it hurt a lot. It doesn't come with instructions and it should, especially for beginners. I would advise you know how it feels before you commit to it as it hurts. My pain tolerance is rather high and I almost passed out- although that's probably because I hadn't eaten all day. Please be safe, disinfect, and wear gloves. Also get mouthwash and rinse every time after you eat. ... show more

okay i've been wanting my septum pierced for years now and finally just gave in and bought this kit. I tried one night to pierce it but i was def not doing it in the right spot. so the second night i tried again and it went through so easily. the clamps are really bulky so i didn't use them. I love that the kit comes with a ton of needles so if you mess up one day you can try again later. Wish there were more alcohol pads and cleaning supplies, but the gloves were helpful at least. also there's a ton of jewelry, and since i only needed this for my septum, i used changed in some of my jewelry in this kit for my rook and one of my cartilage piercings that i've already had. good value, just make sure you know what you're doing and you'll save so much money. ... show more

While I feel like the quality of the jewelry isn't great, it isn't bad either. For the initial starter jewelry, it'll do. It's a good kit, definitely worth the small amount I spent to do my daughter's eyebrow and my own, especially in comparison to going to a shop. So if you're weighing pro's and cons, just do it!
