This Santa is adorable and easy to put together. The lights are substantial and the candy cane and the present have twinkling lights. I was initially put off by the glasses, but they are separate and don't have to be used. I think he looks more authentic without them. I did quite a bit of searching before deciding on this guy, and I'm glad I did.

This item is not worth the price. The overall look and quality of the item is poor. When I was assembling the item you have to add the arms through a reinforced hole in the material to attach to the interior frame. On both sides where the arm attaches the material is so thin it easily tears away from the reinforced metal circle. Additionally, once fully assembled the body of the Santa was essentially lopsided so it did not stand up straight. Additionally some of the trim material around the waist was not attached correctly and it looked very odd. Returned immediately due to the defects around the arms and the overall poor quality.

The media could not be loaded. Pros: he's truly 5ft, he's easy to assemble, and he's cute at night. Cons: He was delivered with rips/tears/snags. There is no way to "secure" his glasses on (I wound up using two pliers to put a 90° bend in the arm of the glasses and then sliding them into the holes for the glasses on his face). His arms have square rods that go into a square tube, except the rod is too small and can spin a little inside the tube, allowing his arms to fall too far forward and look bad. He's "fuzzy" but the fuzzies are falling off His "twinkling candy cane" has 3 twinkling lights and his "twinkling present" has 2, one of which is behind the ribbon and not actually visible. On mine in particular, the grommets for his arms holes were ripped away from the fabric at delivery. His eyes are hot glued on and one was put on too far outward to line up with his eyebrow or glasses and it was falling off. The bow on the present he holds isnt even on both sides and I cannot fix it because it is absolutely full of hot glue. Overall, it looks good at night from some distance. It wasn't worth the price in my opinion and thats predominantly on his poor quality control.

This Santa is cute. I am not sure how long he will last because the quality of his material isn’t that great. This year he serves the purpose and looks great as long as you don’t inspect too closely. The glasses do not want to stay on his face.
