I purchased first the Vanav UP6 in 2021. Been using it, loving it and did not bother to find a replacement since it was expensive. I found out about Medicube during my research. I even paid subscription to their website to get 40% off. Medicube.com was not selling through Amazon at the time. Every device they offered, i would buy except for this one thinking I already have the Vanav. Well, when this went on sale, i tried to justify the purchase I was about to make. Vanav is galvanic. This is electroporation. So, I bought it. Omgoodness!!! So much better than Vanav!!! With Vanav, my skin condition became a lot better but then it plateaued. With Booster H, my skin kept getting better. Not sure if I just worship Medicube too much but it really is an excellent product. ... show more

I’ve never used any kind of device like this before but decided to give it a try. I put a lot of effort and money into my skincare regimen and this device is making sure all those expensive ingredients get absorbed deep into my skin. It’s easy to use and works with your current skin care products. It’s only tingles a tiny bit once you start to use level 4 and 5 but you quickly get use to it. I’ve had it for over a month now and still haven’t needed to recharge it. After a five minute session with this device my skin is so soft and hydrated and stays that way for hours later and the sessions I do before bed keep me super hydrated through the whole night. I purchased this on a really good sale. I had heard good things about it as I used Korean skin care almost exclusively. On my first use I used it at level 1 and then 2. I didn't notice the tingling many of the other reviewers experienced. Using it at level 2 for a week, I did not notice much except for it seemed like my skincare was starting to absorb into my skin more than usual. The next week I got a little braver and tested levels 3-5 and went up to level 3. I did not experience any discomfort and the best way I can describe the sensation is "buzzy." At level 5, I definitely felt a tingling sensation but no discomfort. Now that I have used the product consistently for a few months. I have noticed that my skincare sinks into my skin and I am experiencing a higher level of hydration. At 50, I still have oily skin, but was having drying around the perimeter of my face. Now, there are no longer any dry patches. My skin feels a lot smoother and less textured. I am happy with my results and while this is not a miracle device, I definitely recommend it. ... show more

I purchased this product in a October sale as one of my Christmas presents. After opening this product on Christmas day I used it about 3 times a week up until it mid February when it just stopped working. This product says it has a limited one year warranty, which should be valid if you've used proper storage, charging, and use of this item. I stored, charged with the cable provided, and used the item as described and yet, it just stopped working. It's been very difficult to get a hold of any customer service help from the company in the U.S. and Amazon says they can do nothing since it's past its 30 day return window. I paid almost $100 for a product that should have lasted WAY longer than 2 months. I have always liked medicube products, and have purchased a lot of their Skincare, but this product and lack of help resolving this issue, has definitely left me with a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to purchasing more of their products in the future. ... show more
