I was a little skeptical because there are only 8 reviews for this couch. I was even more skeptical as my partner and I unwrapped it and saw how low to the ground it was… but over time, I’ve come to adore this purchase. We bought legs that sat taller but sadly they didn’t fit the couch but then we realized that it doesn’t really sit too low. It’s at the perfect height for our TV and our windows are bigger and closer to the ground anyway. The storage houses all of the little items that would typically clutter our living room. My cat had somehow managed to not tear this thing up. I’ve also enjoyed many restful naps and cuddles from my partner. Overall, it’s delivered on everything I wanted it to. 7 seats is perfect to host our friends without feeling too crowded. The seats are firm but comfortable. I was very excited to get this couch. I have been eyeing it on Shein for a while in preparation for our move. When I tried ordering it from Shein, my order was being canceled and refunded multiple times, so I came to Amazon out of frustration. The shipment arrived as multiple separate boxes shipped separately, in my case, using different logistics companies (FEDEX and UPS), which meant they don't all arrive exactly at the same time. There should be: 1x A-1 box (2 armrests in the box) 4x B box (1 middle piece or ottoman w/ backrest in each box) 2x C box (1 ottoman in each box) In my experience, the armrests arrived a day later than all the other pieces. When it arrived, I thought the hardware pack is missing because the red ribbon that's usually connected to the box of hardware was not connected, and I didn't see the box at first. I contacted the seller, and they were very patient with me despite my frustration. I found that the missing hardware box was actually inside a hidden compartment in one of the armrests. Some people may not like this detail, but for someone like me who appreciates hidden compartments, I kind of like this detail. Overall, assembly was as enjoyable as putting together a puzzle, except that the finished product is quite functional. I was able to put everything together on my own despite my arthritis flaring up on my hands with my husband's help taking the pieces out of the boxes. My husband loves the couch and finds it to be very comfortable. Now, only time will tell if the product is durable, but we certainly hope it lasts us a good amount of time. ... show more

We needed a cheaper couch for our basement and didn’t want the battle of trying to get it down the steps. This was perfect. Relatively easy to put together, looks fairly nice, comfortable for the price… Just know in the armrest pieces, there are the tools for it.

Great versatility, great comfort, great price, great product. What can I say, the sofa is exactly what I was looking for. I can now entertain my family in great comfort and rearrange it based on our needs. It can even serve as a bed when needed.
