This is my second time buying this particular laser light system. I really like the way your index finger can actuate the laser or light or the combination of both very easily. If it’s nice and snug against my gun it does not seem to shift. I have not been able to take this to the range yet due to the current climate, But I have adjusted it and simulated fire with snap caps. It appears to hold its position well. It’s not a sure fire bright light but it is plenty bright enough for me If I stand in front of the Mirror in point the light at me I cannot make out my face nor half my upper chest. It is pretty blinding. The laser portion of the light seems to cast far enough for a handgun. It might not go as far as an AR rifle would need it to but for a handgun it is just fine. It comes with two batteries so I believe it will last a pretty decent amount of time before you need to replace those. The build quality seems nice and the adjustments are easy to make. Depending on your gun it may extend quite a bit past the barrel as it shows in my photos. I have a Springfield XD 9. It doesn’t bother me but it something to think about if you like symmetry. This is a good product. I will need to revisit this review once I have fired it a few times to see how it holds a zero Pros. Easy to mount Easy to operate with one finger. The battery compartment is held closed by a metal clip on the bottom of the unit. To install batteries, pull the clip down and back. The metal clip is thin, which makes me concerned about its durability. Reinstalling the switch cap takes effort. Place the top edge of the switch cap in position first and then the bottom. The mount must be removed in order to replace the batteries, but this is a minor inconvenience. The unit mounted quickly and snugly with no wobbling on the rail of my pistol. The light is bright. It has only one power level, and the beam cannot be adjusted (“zoomed”). The laser is also bright. On a sunny day in a lightly wooded area, the laser was clearly visible at 30 yards and more. It is visible at more than 100 yards in the dark. I had no problem getting the laser zeroed and maintaining it. Field adjustment to the windage or elevation is easy, but the adjustment screws lack a “clicking” feature. The toggle switch for the light/laser is plastic but seems sturdy. The locked position (for continuous on) feels solid. I’m very happy with this light/laser combo. At this point, I give it a thumbs-up.

I purchased the VOTATU-VT-1 lazer flashlight to add it to a few of my different firearms. I have used the light not on any small firearms but i have installed the light on my AR-15 and also my 40 caliber Highpoint and glock 22 / 40 cal. After more than a week of continuous use the flashlight lazer did not go out or even loose zero. I had to adjust it to diffrent firearms but after haveing it zeroed it just worked perfect. One Con i have is they should make it where it can just slide on and off but it does come with both allen keys you need one for adjusting the lazer and the other one to install it. You are able to use the light with its 3 diffrent options as you will see on my picture's just the light alone , lazer alone, or with light and the lazer together. After useing the flash light which is very bright and the lazer also is bright im happy i made this purchase. Being able to use it on any firearms with picattiny rails or actually any rail that you can clamp on to it gives you so many options. The last feature is you can just moved the switch with your finger to the left for a temporary light or lazer or push it down to the right and it is continuous. The little knob in the back is where you move it for the 3 light features i mentioned above. Finally i have enjoyed using this light, lazer its made well and not no cheap plastic Housing its made of medal besides the knob and the switch but those also feel very well made.. I will say i would not have any doubts to use the flashlight lazer for my home safety shotgun or just in the woods since it held up to my 40 cal's i see it able to handle most callibers. ON THE AR i have it installed on the left side in pictures.

I bought the green laser/light combo and I am impressed. It works and works great. My only complaint is that I am afraid to tighten it too much and strip it out. It came loose slightly after about 3 clips. This is the only reason for not giving it 5 stars. Maybe some locktite would help. If someone else has had a good experience with how to avoid stripping but keeping it tight please comment. I have it installed on a S&W M&P9 2.0 and it fits perfectly. I highly recommend. The laser and the light are very bright. I love that it is ambi since I am a lefty and I love that the light and the laser both strobe, you have to press both buttons at the same time to enable this feature.
