This couch is very soft to the touch, the seats are firm but cushioning. Easy to put together, the only struggle I had was putting on the arms and that was my own fault for not following directions. You slide the arms up from the bottom, onto the couch end. I was trying to slide them from the top down. I found a video that showed how to put them on, and then I noticed the arrow on the directions. So that was all my fault. Took me about an hour to put it all together. I put the back and arm cushions in my dryer for 20 minutes at medium heat to fluff them up and it worked perfectly. I couldn't do the seat bottom cushions because of the coil springs, I couldn't fit them in my dryer. They look good and fluffed up all by themselves over a couple of days. Comfortable to sit on, the seat height is perfect for me. Not low like some put together couches are. Seems sturdy, the legs went on easily. Velcro holds the backs and bottoms in place so they don't slide around. Looks good! ... show more

This loveseat is super cute, easy assembly, slightly firm but totally comfortable. Fits well in my office. Like other reviewers have said, it would only fit two smaller people or children. We just purchased our new home and this was the first couch. ABSOLUTELY adore it! Easy set up too, even though I was frightened by the instructions at first. Insanely soft and comfortable. I'm amazed at the reviews that say it's not comfortable. Our couch is incredibly plush and has a ton of support. It's only me and my wife so it's the perfect fit for the two of us. If you are a house of three it can work too, but don't expect to lay down lol ... show more

I ordered the pink one in this cute, little loveseat. I would call it more of a "chair and half". Two normal sized adults would be very cramped, if they could fit at all. I got it so my small grandchildren or little dog can get up by me. Didn't have a lot of space where I wanted it and this fit in perfectly. It is very comfortable, but I did have to switch out the legs for shorter wood ones, that I happened to have. I'm 5'1" and with the legs it came with was too tall. As described, this product is sturdy and went together rather easily. My problem with it is, that it is TOO SMALL. I feel it fails to meet minimum requirements. This thing looks like furniture for a small child’s room not grown adults. It’s very firm and not that comfortable. The overall Hight is too low. The back is too low, the arm rests are too low. This whole loveseat is scaled down 30-40% smaller than it should be. It looks ridiculous next to my other furniture. You can barely fit 2 people on it. With the throw pillows it can only accommodate 1 person. I do not recommend this product. ... show more
