This couch is very soft to the touch, the seats are firm but cushioning. Easy to put together, the only struggle I had was putting on the arms and that was my own fault for not following directions. You slide the arms up from the bottom, onto the couch end. I was trying to slide them from the top down. I found a video that showed how to put them on, and then I noticed the arrow on the directions. So that was all my fault. Took me about an hour to put it all together. I put the back and arm cushions in my dryer for 20 minutes at medium heat to fluff them up and it worked perfectly. I couldn't do the seat bottom cushions because of the coil springs, I couldn't fit them in my dryer. They look good and fluffed up all by themselves over a couple of days. Comfortable to sit on, the seat height is perfect for me. Not low like some put together couches are. Seems sturdy, the legs went on easily. Velcro holds the backs and bottoms in place so they don't slide around. Looks good! ... show more

For the price, I honestly can't fault this sofa. It came in just one box, which I was skeptical about the whole sofa fitting in there - but it did! It was super easy to assemble. I did it on my own in an hour. It doesn't feel like the most stable sofa ever - I wouldn't be jumping on it. But it looks good, it comfortable and is a good size. We just purchased our new home and this was the first couch. ABSOLUTELY adore it! Easy set up too, even though I was frightened by the instructions at first. Insanely soft and comfortable. I'm amazed at the reviews that say it's not comfortable. Our couch is incredibly plush and has a ton of support. It's only me and my wife so it's the perfect fit for the two of us. If you are a house of three it can work too, but don't expect to lay down lol ... show more

Easy to assemble. Basic couch for the money, on the smaller side. Firm but Comfortable enough for a temporary solution. Definitely not built for long term use if you’re looking for something to use on a daily basis. Color went well with my aesthetic.
