Some materials rusting. Its condition was good upon arrival. The holes aligned it helps to have a second pair of hands. I thought the directions were just OK. The hasp will need to be replaces but everything else has held up so decent quality.

LOL I knew going in not to expect much for this price - words of advice. If you buy this have a drill and a driver - go to hardware store and buy self drilling metal screws longer than what they provided. Why? Few of the holes line up at all. The metal is wafer thing and bends dents easily. The instructions are worthless I built most of this reverse engineering from pics. Also, this will never ever work without building a base first I used some 4x4 pressure treated with plywood and screwed based on it. The frame is a flimsey joke. The entire shed is an insulting disaster I spent way too much time playing with. I left the plastic wrap coating on the painted surface why bother removing? It probably gives more support than the wafer thin metal. If you lack skills and tools buy a snap Together plastic one like Rubbermaid youll Be better off. Add to all this there is no way on Earth this will survive winter being its not much better than aluminum foil - I bought 2x4s and constructed a basic frame inside with some roof support. So frustration and wasted time aside, expect to drop another 100 bucks or so to Make it work. If it makes you feel better, don’t lose sleep over China taking over the world. Their stuff will fail a 1/4 of the way here with their people cursing trying to assemble replacement pieces for ships and planes.

If I had paid more than $300 for this, I'd drop it to two stars. That being said, this has been exactly as other reviewers have said. Pros: cost effective storage and it's dimensions are accurate. The panels were packed pretty well and the protective plastic film helped protect from scratching. So far all the holes have been aligned and it's all labeled well. Now for cons: this is a two person assembly. Carve a few hours out of your day because there's a LOT of assembly. Some of the steps are unclear and we had to unscrew/fix positions of parts. The film is a pro and a con. Removing this film is aggravating and adds to the assembly time. Several of our panels were pretty banged up and dented upon arrival, so we made sure those will be in the back. All in all, you're not getting a bad shed for the price

Our daughter just bought a house down the street & while my hubby & her fiancé worked on another project, this was mother/daughter bonding time! We laid out all of the parts, made sure we accounted for everything(I read the reviews) & then proceeded to peel off all of the protective plastic on each piece...dear God! It took us approximately 2 hrs to peel EVERYTHING, I do appreciate the idea of protecting the finish but sheesh! We then began to assemble, of course the men folk had to come & take over after another hour of us almost smacking each other in the face with a piece here & there(tight quarters, we assembled in their garage). I was reading reviews that stated this was very small, on the contrary...they put up the walls around me, I'm 5'6" & we could have fit 3 people side by side & I definitely could stand up straight inside with the roof on. Yes, it is a smallish shed, but it holds all of their yard tools, their snowboards, a sled, some bags of mulch & a ew odds & ends. Currently it is outside, up against the bouse, we have had high winds & thunderstorms...it is holding up nicely not being staked in the ground yet. I will be digging a base & putting it up on blocks, anchoring it in & giving it a floor. My daughter's concern was the gaps between roof & walls(we don't want wasps building nests) I will be using spray foam to seal that up. Otherwise, they made an excellent purchase! I was skeptical, but glad I was proved wrong!

Nice little building. Don't plan on storing a small generator and a weedeater cause it may not fit . I can't even get my tote in there. But it's good for shovel ,rake,water hose, gas cans, chains, hamers, etc. This does not have shelfing in it. Honestly just go with a bigger one that has shelfs.
