    • Very Nice but bad batteries - Great Vendor
I purchased this chainsaw in hopes to pruning my trees. I charged the batteries and the started to make the cuts. After making about 10 small cuts the saw stopped. I removed the batteries and reinserted them and did not fix problem. I placed the batteries in the charger and the charger indicated that one of the batteries was bad. I charged the batteries and was able to make another 4 cuts and that was the end of use of this saw. Even after placing the batteries in the charger the saw no longer functions. So all in all the saw was nice and cut well but the battery problem makes it not worth the purchase. UPDATED: So I was contacted by the vendor of the saw, and they indicated that they did not have that modal of saw in stock and was unable to replace it, but they did refund me the full price of the saw without contest. I want to thank the vendor for their proactive support of their product. I would like to see more of this from all vendors. ... show more

Not very powerful, batteries go dead just sitting. Update September 7, 2022: Customer service saw my review and offered a replacement or refund. I chose a replacement because I need this chainsaw to work properly. I added two stars for a great customer service effort. I haven’t had a chance to try the new saw. The problem may have been bad batteries or a problem with the chain brake being partially on. I will update again when I figure this out. ... show more

    • A great home use chainsaw
I was hesitant to buy a battery powered chainsaw but after using it I’ve been very happy with his performance. The on the fly chain tightening mechanism is a real plus. I did wind up having a problem with a battery but their customer service took care of it immediately. I highly recommend this!

I used it yesterday for it's first day of working hard with cleaning out a bunch of trees and branches around several billboards I have along some highways. It easily cut down 12 inch wide trees to everything smaller with no problem at all. I'm sure it would have cut down bigger trees if they were in the way. Used it A Lot yesterday without the need to charge the batteries... they did GREAT. I highly recommend this chainsaw. ... show more
