This is one of the best scooters i've gotten for the price. Super easy to setup, rides smooth, and gives good bang for your buck. I couldn't wait to try out the scooter, and I like how it's foldable and easy to store. I just received the scooter a week ago and i'm very happy with the quality. It goes relatively fast and I wouldn't want it going too fast because that wouldn't be ideal. 20 mph is perfect for this scooter. I like the quality of the tires and brakes nice. I also like the little bell on it it's pretty loud, brake lights work perfectly, and so does the headlight. Everything came very clean and well packaged. The ride is smooth and I am very happy with my purchase. I can't wait to keep using this, because it has a decent range and very nice scooter compared to other scooters i've gotten in the past. I would recommend this scooter to anyone looking for an affordable, nice scooter that will not break the bank. The manufacturers did not skimp on anything because the scooter is pretty nice quality for the price. 5 stars for this one. It looks like this one will last.🙏🙏🙏

This is my second Volcom scooter, and I don’t dislike the brand but they sent me a defective scooter that doesn’t turn on (which is super disappointing) AND when I tried to return it I got a message saying the return was accepted but they gave me (I) no information on where to send the product and (II) No prepaid shipping label (why do I I need to pay to return a defective item?) Just a vague “yeah we’ll take it back” and ridiculousness. Honestly not worth the hassle to buy from them again. So beware!

After researching numerous electric scooters, I decided to purchase this model, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. It has quickly become my preferred mode of transportation for getting around town. One of the standout features is the dual suspension setup. The difference in ride quality compared to basic scooters is remarkable. Cracks in the pavement, small potholes, and uneven roads are handled much more comfortably, reducing fatigue during longer rides. The motor delivers strong and consistent power. Acceleration feels smooth, and maintaining speed is easy. I especially appreciate how stable the scooter feels at faster speeds. The larger tires contribute significantly to overall balance and confidence while riding. The battery performance has been exceptional. I can complete multiple trips before needing to recharge, which makes the scooter incredibly convenient. Charging is straightforward, and the battery indicator has been accurate throughout my experience.

I’ve been holding out on purchasing e-scooters as I’m more of a bike person. I was pleasantly surprised how nice this scooter is. First, who is it for? It’s great for older kids and adults. This is no toy. Make sure kids have protection or are capable enough to balance and handle the power. This thing can accelerate quickly and can also go really fast! Again, understand the speed and always keep in mind safety first!!! There are 4 speed settings. Fastest “S” goes 19 mph. Normal “D” is around 12, Eco is around 8 and Walking is around 4. Acceleration is instant so hold on tight to prepare for the jerking when starting. Practice adjusting the power from the throttle on right handle to ensure smooth acceleration. I like that there are many other intuitive features. There is one hand brake on the left handle can lock up the rear wheel tightly. Just ease into the brakes to avoid wearing out the rear tire. Next to the brake handle is a nice bell. A standard latch above the front wheels lets you collapse the upper frame/handles. The controls are intuitive enough to figure out without having to RTFM. The power button does everything. A long hold powers on and off. Tap once to turn on the front and rear lights! Double tap changes the speed. Super tip: To get to walking speed, squeeze the brake and double tap. Triple tap changes from MPH to KPH. Finally, this looks amazing with the orange trim over gray body. It’s just the right size and can be tucked away easily or held upright with a kicks stand on the bottom on the same side as the charging port. I’m considering getting a second one. My bikes have competition and may get jealous!

Everything on it works great. Only downfall is I bought 2. One was the 100$ one and then this one. The 100$ one goes over 15 miles and actually goes 19mph. This one only goes about 3-4 miles on a full charge and only goes 16mph. And yes I know sport mode gives you less miles but we tested them in “drive” mode and it wasn’t what it says :/
