The scooter does not start, even after the battery is fully charged. It ruin my son's birthday expectations. He has been clamoring for a scooter since he turned 3, and I decided to get him on for his fifth birthday. And, now this. I would not recommend it base on my experience.

The handle is adjustable so it is easy to operate by kids. The speed is not fast so it is safe for kids. It is a little bit heavy for my little son but it could ride very smooth. The battery power is ok for weekly using. The price is affordable. It is a good gift for kids.

We bought three of these scooters for our children. Two of them work good but the third one has given us trouble the moment we took it out of the box. The first issue with the scooter was that the screw that connects the front plate down completely came off twice. The second issue that happened this morning was that she made a hard turn right and the scooter wheels are now crooked, and won’t go back to their original facing. I would give this a one star if I was only reviewing the one scooter, but since the other two are working, I will give it two stars. ... show more

Man i just pulled the scooter out the box today for oldest son, back lights light up but front lights dont. & this is after a full charge. The scooter does not work at all, only thing you can do is push it, no electric whatsoever. I pray the either give me a refund or exchange the defected item.
