Add ours to the list of scooters that just randomly stopped taking a charge. No error code, no turning on, and charger light turns off completely once plugged in to charge. Checked all connections and they appear to be good but as they're covered in glue can't really tell.

I bought this scooter for my kid, and it has been a huge hit. The motor has plenty of power for neighborhood rides, and the solid tires mean no worries about flats. The dual brakes feel very safe, and my child learned the basic controls in just a few minutes. Absolutely horrible customer service. Received scooter. Was Christmas present. Put together. Worked fine twice. Then stopped working and got E6 error message. You cannot return this through Amazon. Just FYI, for anyone thinking about purchasing one. You have to go through VOLPAM. So contacted them. They wanted to send me some kind of new wiring kit to fix the scooter. It’s brand new. So I said no. So then they offered to give me a label to send it in to get a refund. Except that they will not pay for the packaging. Scooter is not a cheap thing to package up to send back. They do not stand by their product. They should’ve sent a new one to replace. No questions asked. Just like most products on Amazon will do. Or you can return via Kohl’s, etc. to get your refund.
