This scooter is lightweight, easy to fold, and very convenient for short commutes and neighborhood rides. The ride feels smooth, and the scooter is easy to control. I also like the solid tires since there’s no need to worry about getting flats. The different speed modes are useful: * S mode reaches about 15 mph * D mode goes around 11 mph * Eco mode is about 9 mph The only downside is the battery capacity is a bit small. Under normal daily use, the battery lasts around 30 minutes depending on riding speed and terrain. Other than that, it’s a great scooter for the price and works well for short-distance trips.

The manual itself is abysmal. You will find yourself looking at the scooter trying to figure out what they are talking about. Then you’ll find a strange looking. Metal object is not even mentioned in the manual. Eventually, you will discover that it is a kickstand. Forget about Customer Service, I was 40 minutes on the phone with Amazon who can’t even contact Volpam Customer Service. It seems as though the scooter works, but I can’t tell because there is no way to connect the app you download to the scooter, which is one of the main reasons I purchased the scooter. I use an iPhone 15 Pro Max. I’m quite familiar with Bluetooth computers, etc. I had insurance on it which I canceled as I explained to Amazon what’s the point of having the insurance policy if I can’t contact the cost to Service for the product

It absorbs bumps well and makes rides much more comfortable, even on uneven roads. The tires are a big plus since there’s no need to worry about flats, and they still offer good grip and stability. It's perfect for getting to work, running errands, or just cruising around town without constantly worrying about recharging.

Me and son spent 2days chose this mid-priced scooter from among the many options on Amazon, and it looked okay. The delivery arrived a week earlier than expected, and my 10-year-old son was very excited. He couldn't wait to set it up and try it out himself. I was initially worried that it might be too big for him, but after he stood on it, that concern completely disappeared. I hope he'll enjoy this new toy for a long time! 😂
