This is one of the best scooters i've gotten for the price. Super easy to setup, rides smooth, and gives good bang for your buck. I couldn't wait to try out the scooter, and I like how it's foldable and easy to store. I just received the scooter a week ago and i'm very happy with the quality. It goes relatively fast and I wouldn't want it going too fast because that wouldn't be ideal. 20 mph is perfect for this scooter. I like the quality of the tires and brakes nice. I also like the little bell on it it's pretty loud, brake lights work perfectly, and so does the headlight. Everything came very clean and well packaged. The ride is smooth and I am very happy with my purchase. I can't wait to keep using this, because it has a decent range and very nice scooter compared to other scooters i've gotten in the past. I would recommend this scooter to anyone looking for an affordable, nice scooter that will not break the bank. The manufacturers did not skimp on anything because the scooter is pretty nice quality for the price. 5 stars for this one. It looks like this one will last.🙏🙏🙏

4 out of 5 It is pretty good for it discount prices. The weight of the scooter is a bit on the medium to heavy weight. It takes couple hours to fully charged the battery so that is not something to worry about. Thanks to the size it is portable whether it is inside the passenger seats or the trunk. The scooter does look durable enough. Although, I probably should have gotten the one with suspension, as the transfer of virbration back up my legs sure tired me out. Also, the speed is good, it just not meant for muddy dirt road lol.

This VOLPAM electric scooter is awesome and super easy to assemble—I was riding it right after putting it together. It came fully charged, which was a nice surprise, and after 40 minutes of use, it still had 3 out of 5 battery bars left. The max speed of 16 mph is perfect for getting around town or running quick errands. It’s smooth, convenient, and a fun alternative to walking. Just be careful with large potholes or sidewalk gaps—they can be a little tricky, so it’s best to go around or lift the scooter over them. The ride feels stable and the scooter folds easily for storage or transport. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase—it’s a great option for short commutes or casual rides.

I would give this Scooter and company a 0 If I could. 1st it broke down within 3 months. Malfunctioned with no damage, the sensor went out, which they sent the part and expected me to assemble it. Then less than 2 months after 1 year was up it broke down again and refused to help eventhough I purchased the extended warranty! So save your money.. they have very poor customer service!

As someone who relies on an electric scooter for daily 5-mile commute to work, I've put this scooter through its paces over the past week, and I can confidently say it's an excellent choice for urban commuters looking for reliability and a comfortable ride. What I Love includes Range and Battery Life. The advertised range is pretty accurate in real conditions, especially when riding on mostly flat terrain. Even with a few hills, I comfortably get two round trips out of it before needing a charge. The charging time is decent overnight, so it's always ready to go in the morning. Ride is Comfortable. This is where the scooter truly shines for me. My route involves some less-than-perfect pavement, and the ride feels stable and smooth, significantly reducing fatigue on longer journeys. Good Build Quality and Durability: The scooter feels incredibly solid. There's no creaking or wobbling. The frame feels robust, and the folding mechanism is secure and easy to use. Braking Performance is good too. App Integration: The app is user-friendly and offers useful features like cruise control, locking the scooter, and viewing ride statistics. It's a nice bonus to have. While adequate for urban areas with streetlights, the integrated headlight could be brighter for riding on unlit paths at night. I often supplement it with a clip-on light for added visibility.
