Bought these to replace some cheap insulated pants I had previously. These are shells, so they are thin and light but I expect them to be fine for California winters. The quality seems excellent and they are full of nice features. However, they run very large. I'm 5'10" 190 lbs and ordered L like my old pants and these are way too long, probably well suited for someone around 6'1"-6'2". Also, the fit is peculiar in that the thighs are very fitted and they taper out very wide towards the bottom. I would say that these pants are only going to work for someone on the thinner side, as I am moderately thin at my weight and the thigh fit is just right, so these may be too tight for anyone in the 5'10" 200-210+ range. All in all, I love the look and features of the pants, so I'm ordering size M and hoping that my thighs will still fit with hopefully a better length for me. Update: the length on the size M is perfect now, but the thighs are way too tight. Unfortunately, I'll have to go with another style. If you are 5'10" you need to be skinnier than 190 lbs for the M

Waist runs big and legs run long. Had to exchange a medium for a small. Im 5'10" 140 lbs. Waist has cinch bands to make it tighter but that also causes the sides to bunch up around the waist. Style looks good to match the looks of today. Not baggy but not too tight. Doesn't feel like it will keep your legs warm in really cold snow conditions as its a thin pant leg material. Would have to layer sweats or pants underneath for colder situations. Overall looks like it will function well and Amazon is awesome for making it easy to find these for a reasonable price.

These pants are very well made, pockets everywhere you want them, awesome build and construction. Ventilation is fantastic, and they are just really darn good. However, if you are shorter, but have a large waist be aware. The waist band has no ability to stretch, however you can get the larger size from what you would normally wear and the waist band has the ability to shrink down with straps built in. Now the downside to doing an up size is the pant legs themselves become super long. For snowboarding i didn't find it too annoying i was able to move the excess material around my boots and up on my thighs a little. Still would recommend these pants all day

I'm 6'3" tall, 190 pounds, 34 inch waist and 34 inch inseam. I tried both the large and the medium sizes. The medium were a little snug especially through the thighs. If you like your clothes tight, the medium is probably for you. I prefer a looser fit. The large isn't big or sloppy but just has a little extra room. Unfortunately, the waist on the large is quite big. I have it synched pretty tight with the internal tabs. Not so bad though because it does afoord me room to loosen up when I wear four layers on cold days. The pants do have belt loops to use if that helps. All that said, the pants are amazing and perform really well. Very comfortable. Handle snow well. Fit nicely over ski boots. Large is a good length for 34 inch inseam.

These pants are awesome for the price. They have two layers so they stay warm, zipper pockets, jacket zip-tech functionality, an adjustable waistband through velcro straps, and space for a belt if they're still too baggy. The only downside is that they run pretty long - I'm a 6"1 male and a large is a few inches too long. The length isn't a huge deal because you can always get the pants tailored or even just roll them up higher on your boots.

Awesome style and color but the sizes are ridiculous. I purchased the XL per their sizing chart because I usually wear a size 38 waist. The waist fit just fine but I'm 5-11 and these pants were at least 10 inches too long. These were made for someone at least 6-5. At least the return was easy.

I got to wear these skiing in below 0 temps and through the great Texas freeze of 2021. These pants are GREAT! I was able to move easily in the pants. The nut vents are great and keeps the nads cool when opened. I never had to wear a base layer with these pants. They kept me warm in sub 0 temps and above. I recommend!

The snow pants fit pretty well, not to mention there is a belt to provide additional support for controlling the tightness. There are many pockets for small stuff and ski pass. I had a white ski jacket and this black color matches amazingly great, too.
