Ok, I did lots of research, looking for an L-shaped adjustable desk that fit my space and was a reasonable price. All the Uplift and office-grade desks were $1k+ which seems crazy. I found a couple like this one on Amazon and Wayfair but decided to go with this one because of the positive reviews. Now that I've set mine up, I totally agree. First, the instructions are very clear. They are in English (and not broken English, actual English) and they have great pictures that make it clear what you should be doing and with what part. It took me about 3 hours to put together, but I was never confused or worried that I had done something wrong. It was pretty straightforward all things considered. Just make sure to build it in the room that it will live, because it doesn't fit through a standard doorway once it's put together. Second, the materials feel high quality - the steel legs and supports are very sturdy, and the desktop, while manufactured wood, is top notch for this price range. Third, I love the raised edge. It fits my monitor, lamp, and an inbox/outbox with room to spare. The storage baskets it comes with fit like a glove in their compartments and put everything within reach. Fourth, the cable management is awesome. The kit comes with adhesive cable ties and a cable management system to keep your wires clean. Just pop a surge protector in the cable management system and run one cable down to a power outlet - easy! Finally, the adjustability is very smooth. It raises and lowers pretty quietly and without fuss. It has 3 memory settings, and even has a display that tells you the exact height (though no idea what measurement it is showing). This desk is a lovely addition to my home office. It was well made & extremely easy to put together. It took me about 2ish hours by myself. The toughest part was flipping the desk on my own but I eventually achieved it! The instructions are easy to follow & all the parts & pieces were included, & everything fit where it was supposed to fit. They even include a bag of extra parts just in case. That added bonus set my mind at ease before I even started assembling the desk. The desk moves up & down with ease. I had zero issues figuring out how to use the control for this desk. The light under the first shelf is helpful attribute that I didn't even realize came with the desk when I ordered it. I was also pleased with the quality of the drawers. They were well packaged & fit perfectly within their spaces. I would 100% recommend this beautiful desk to anyone! It was a fantastic purchase & well worth the price! ... show more

I would like to bring up first, to those who are wary of the plethora of weird brand names on Amazon, that Huanuo is a legitimate company and not some random reseller of cheap Temu products. Their main focus is on computer monitor stands but they've had some trouble breaking into the US market as their competitors have patents on a specific internal mechanism design that is able to hold more weight. I had been debating between this desk and another one of their products, the HUANUO 48″ x 24″ Electric Standing Desk with 2 Drawers. I did want a lot of desk space though and decided to wait until this desk was released to the market at the end of April. Building it was simple and the directions provided made it very easy. You may need quite a bit of space and some help to flip it over once the build is complete. Be sure you know where you will be putting it in the room and where the nearest wall plug is so you can route the leg motor cables underneath for easiest access and reach. I believe the only issue I have with the desk is that in the Amazon description it states that you can "choose to install the long desktop on the left or right to determine where your main desktop will be". This was a large selling point for me as I had a specific spot in my office that I was going to place it in, but for this specific desk it is an untrue statement. Had I gotten the L-shaped desk without the drawers it would have been very easy to just swap the long and short side to fit your desires as the dowel holes are placed an equal distance apart for each side. With this desk, the upper most surface that goes above the drawers does not have the same cross compatibility. The center dowel hole on the right side is offset by about 2 inches making it impossible to simply mirror the set up. The bottom of the surface also has dowel holes so you may attach it to the main surface making it impossible to flip. Finally the tapered shape along the back of the uppermost surface would make it impossible to have the drawers facing towards the user and make them unusable if your desk is placed against a wall. I had to move a lot around in the room after this realization to make a space that would fit it as it is shown exactly in the picture. The height changing mechanism is smooth and I've not had a problem with it so far. I would recommend that if you're worried of dust/debris that you leave the plastic protective sheet on the control bar in order to extend it's life as there are little gaps between and below each button. The legs and support are made from heavy duty carbon steel and while the tabletop is made from engineered wood it feels way more durable than a lot of affordable furniture you can buy on Amazon or in stores. Placing plates/cups and such on it tends to leave a mark, but they have so far come off after I wipe it down with a sanitation wipe. The cable management is really nice and the desk is very stable. One of the other selling points of this desk to me is the depth of the top tier surface. Most desks on the market have their ranging between 7-9 inches or smaller which is not ideal if your computer monitor has a large base. My monitor's base is 10 inches so having a surface depth of 11 inches gives the perfect amount of wiggle room. The drawers are made with a leather-esque type fronting with the inside/sides being the typical fabric over cardboard drawers that we cannot escape from, but I don't intend to use them heavily so I believe they'll manage to hold up just fine. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase and the customer support was very kind when I had questions. This standing desk is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made on Amazon! The quality is absolutely amazing. While it does take some effort to assemble due to the number of parts and its size (it’s a big desk!), it’s completely worth it. The ability to work sitting, stand during the day, and even do cardio while working makes it the ultimate addition to any remote workspace. The desk offers plenty of space—I currently have a laptop and a curved monitor on it, and everything fits perfectly. I work more than eight hours a day, and I feel so comfortable and productive while using it. The aesthetic design is also a huge plus; the colors are gorgeous and add a modern, clean vibe to my workspace. If you’re looking for a high-quality, functional, and aesthetic standing desk, this is the one. Definitely a 10/10! Highly recommend it. ... show more
