Bread lame dough scoring tool 4 pcs only 2 of 4 seemed sharp enough to score. I feel that they might do better for opening boxes so they won’t go to waste. I am going back to my long handle lame. For me the handle felt too short, perhaps if it was a bit longer ? I felt I was close to the bread with my hand. Also these are disposable and I will not reorder. The media could not be loaded. I've wanted a razor for bread scoring, but I didn't want a giant tool that requires special care to store. This is tiny, fits in the drawer, and the blade completely retracts. In my video, I'm making a very wet dough so it isn't the best example. But it still scores the bread...normally a knife only pushed the surface of this dough. So it's pretty good that this blade could cut through such a wet dough. ... show more
