She absolutely loves her tablet. The quality is perfect for her eyes . It’s very easy to use and set up . It’s has parental controls which I love so I can monitor what she watches and if she downloads anything she has to get my permission first. Speed is perfect especially when she uses wifi for YouTube but her games never lag. The gaming tools never lag so I’m grateful, she plays her educational games while I get tasks done around the house . Fits her perfectly I even have screen time pause because I don’t want her in front of a screen all day . ... show more

Stay away from this!
Bad product, after two months of use, it started to fail. It would restart out of nowhere. It also would start very slowly. Now it restarts more randomly. Is annoying how bad this product is.

Great quality
Perfect for my 5 year old niece. Great quality. Easy to set up and connect to WiFi. Screen is durable. I also have it set up with parental controls so she can’t accidentally access something that she shouldn’t.

Charging Port Failed After Exactly One Year of Ownership
Bought two of these exactly one year ago, June 2024 - one is still going strong, the others charging port has failed. My girls get to use these tablets once in a while, maybe 30 times in total in the last year. Both have been plugged in by adults only and kept in pristine condition. Per other reviews it appears charging port failures are common on this model of tablet. It's unfortunate because we bought these specifically to enrich my children's homeschool experience. Now they will have to share the last one we have until it's port fails too. I have a very, VERY sad set of sisters right now who are very sad they no longer have a second tablet to play games together on. ... show more

Not worth the price
I tried to give this tablet a fair shot. We purchased two in October of 2023 for our kids Christmas gifts. The idea of the tablet is good. Better storage options and running off an android/google software is great. But I should have known when I was setting them up they weren’t worth it. Took way too many tries to get through the setup process to even be able to use them. They don’t stay connected to our WiFi. The connection randomly drops and the only way to reconnect is to restart the tablet. Same with Bluetooth headphones. Tablet will also randomly restart itself. After reading reviews of others it seems we’re not the only ones. We haven’t had issues with charging like others have stated. Definitely should have researched this one better. For the price tag I’m better off buying a tablet from my phone carrier and giving to my kids. Don’t waste your time or money on this. ... show more
