The media could not be loaded. A few weeks ago, I put this product to use by installing it in my guest room to take the place of an older mattress that had most certainly seen better days. Following the recent arrival of a number of members of my family, I came to the conclusion that it would be prudent to upgrade to a product that could provide both comfort and the appropriate amount of back support. The hybrid structure of this twin mattress, which measures 10 inches in height, has, in my opinion, unquestionably improved the quality of sleep in that space. The mattress arrived compressed and coiled up in a package that was very compact, which caused me to feel a little bit of skepticism when I first opened the box to expose it. The original views I had about how it would expand or how comfortable it could possibly be after being packaged in such a constricting manner were not very favorable; nonetheless, I must admit that it delightfully disproved my early assumptions. The mattress was able to completely puff up to its appropriate form and thickness in a matter of hours from the time it was constructed. I believe that the combination of individual pocket springs and layers of memory foam achieves an almost ideal balance between the level of softness and the level of hardness. Even though I was just testing it out on myself to see whether or not it would be effective for my visitors, I was nonetheless astonished to find that it provided a substantial relief from tightness in both my lower back and shoulders. This particular mattress provided me with the appropriate amount of support, softly fitting to the curve of my body without making me feel confined, in contrast to other mattresses that may be described as being too rigid or sinking too deeply.

Ordered this queen size, 12in, hybrid medium firm mattress after already owning a twin sized one and found that it's both a comfortable and neutral type of bed for various sleepers. It's great to wake up and not have pain. This mattress helps with that immensely. But the edge support is a little lacking. I expected a little more than what I've been dealing with, which is sagging and making the bed look out of shape. It may be the bed frame but once I do a little more troubleshooting, I'll update my review.

It looks like it hasn’t fully unfurled. I have to sleep with at least 3 pillows under my head to avoid that slope going down. I can’t flip the mattress because the other side is metal springs! I haven’t slept since I got it! I’m super uncomfortable. Worst part is that I can’t even return it because I’m a single mom with zero support and no one to help bring it down without paying an arm and a leg to do it! This is the most disappointed I’ve ever been in a product. You’d have to see with your own eyes that it had a serious arch and edge support is non existent!!! I’m not happy! There is nothing plush or soft about this bed! It’s pure torture. I’m mad at myself for changing my mind with my original purchase and going with this one. HUGE MISTAKE! Even worse, I reached out to seller and NOTHING! I’m done!!!!! Buy at your own risk but I would urge you to go with “amazons top choice”, slightly cheaper and ACTUALLY PLUSH AND COMFY!!
