    • The sound quality was pretty horrible if the tv’s wasn’t a smart TVs I would have sent it back
I was very disappointed by the sound quality of this product I pretty much have to turn it all the way up and it sounds like someone has their mouth pressed against a mic and talking it’s so horrible but a set of speakers will fix it so I kept it .

I was most dissappionted with the fact that my kids 40 inch tv arrived taped back up ...and when i was setting up netflix it already had an account attached to it which told me this was not a unused tv so i gave it a two all that aside the tv so far is working great

This TV never worker!!!! Ever since I installed it every five minutes the screen freezes and turns off it is supposed to be refurbished and work like new but I don’t think the manufacturer ever refurbish this item and gave us a defective one this item doesn’t work and it was not able to have it replaced so disappointed ... show more

    • Buyer Beware!
When I unpacked the tv one of the stand legs was missing, that should have been a sign. Worked great for 2 weeks then it died. We had no box for it since it was a NEW tv, so I had to pay $39 at the UPS store for a box and them to pack it and send the defective tv back to Amazon.

Sound will randomly not work, tv doesn't always respond to remote (regardless of if it's the original remote, a universal Vizio replacement remote or even the smart remote you can use from your phone), randomly closes out of whatever app you're using. I'm constantly having to unplug it & hold down the power button for 5-10 seconds & plug it back in to get it to work. I won't be buying another Vizio any time soon!! This tv was working for a little over 90 days, except the Sound that has not been good for a while. This tv was a renewed tv and could not find out what that really meant. So I took a chance but I will not do that again. I am out almost $300 within 100 days! So sad products really stink now days!
