These pruning shears are small enough to slip into my gardening apron pocket but large enough to handle most jobs I need them for. I can cut off dead leaves and nip intruding weeds in the bud. Even trimming back and shaping limbs on small bushes/trees is simple, and it saves my scissors. 4 stars

These are a compact clipper that is sharp and works well for cutting flowers. It doesn't do as well on the woodier stemmed flowers if the stems are a bit thicker (like roses), but it does great a cutting the green-stemmed flowers easily and cleanly. The locking mechanism on the back is easy to use (but not so easy that it will accidentally come open). I'm expecting to use these a lot in my garden this summer, and I'm happy with the quality.

I was very pleasantly surprised by these pruners. They have a substantial and quality feel in your hand without being heavy at all. They're also super sharp. These are going to be a great addition to my garden tools and I anticipate using them lots this summer. Recommended!

I love these garden shears. They are surprisingly easy to unlock, grip and use. The blades are sharp enough to deadhead and prune my balcony container garden. I love that the blades are narrow which allows for a precise cut. Most shears I've used are way too bulky. They are also extremely lightweight. There is nothing not to love about them.

I love these types of shears for pruning in the garden. I use the thicker curved style shears too, but prefer that type for the more heavy duty jobs like cutting through branches and overgrown areas of bushes. However this style of shears is great for dead heading flowers, cutting off damaged areas of plants, snipping through weeds and such. Things that take a more delicate touch to minimize damage to the plant. But even though these are for a more delicate type of pruning, that doesn't mean these are solid and heavy duty. These are strong enough to use for cutting through all sorts of stuff, and I can tell are going to last much longer than the cheaper versions. They work very well and are quite sharp. I'm impressed!
