I use these to grow just about anything. I have several sizes for different plant seeds. I have some I use in my hydroponics and some I use in soil (depends on the plant. They are great, help prevent molds and algae. The photo is the 1 inch with Giant Black and Blue Salvia/ Sage starting in them.

Vivosun makes good products at fairly reasonable prices. This product is very light and fragile and can get beat up easily during shipping. Best to order rockwool cubes separately so they don’t get included in an order shipping with heavier items
