This is my first bidet so I have nothing to compare to but so far I love this thing! It took a little getting used to but now it really does the job. So why only 4 stars? Longevity mainly...if it lasts a couple years then it would definitely be a five star. Only wishes....hi/lo setting on light and a little better instructions. I had to rewatch the video to discover the remote only works on wash settings AFTER the knob on seat is engaged forward or back. Also be sure to return the knob to a fully upright position or else it will keep running a little water. Overall I can highly recommend this seat if you are looking to go the bidet route. I really like how clean you get compared to just paper, which I only use a little bit to finish the drying process. The dryer is nice but I can"t sit long enough to completely dry. The installation was pretty easy as well. So if you are looking to take a dip, I say come on in- the water is fine. ; ) Edit: After having a couple questions and concerns the company responded quickly to rectify the problem with even better than expected results. Will not hesitate to buy from them again!

This is our first bidet purchase but we have used them abroad. The install was fairly simple one we had the outlet installed to power the seat. The seat itself took maybe 30 minutes to install. Air settings are all a bit warmer than I would choose but not bad. Water temp is about the same. Wouldnt mind a slightly colder setting or adjustment screw/button to dial it up or down. The beeping for most button presses can be a bit annoying. Also the light is either always on or off. Would be nice to set it to go on at a certain time. Also heated seat is nice burt would prefer it to be ondemand as it runs constantly and wastes energy. Despite all that, this is 1000% better than using TP and 500% better than an unheated bidet.

This isn’t my first bidet, but it is my favorite one! Fits perfectly, functions beautifully, you can turn on and off the heat, excellent build quality, zero leakage, super easy to install, water pressure is ideal and easy to clean. I love the sensor so my cat doesn’t get sprayed in the face. The only issues is the cover staying open, but most of the time it’s not an issue. If you have the toilet seat up it doesn’t fall down. I do like that the lid slowly and quietly closes.

I've had this bidet going on 2 years, the main complaint most people have is the beeping. It is not explained anywhere in the manual, but you can turn this feature off! No need to disassemble or modify, just press and hold the seat temp button for about 5 seconds. It's that simple, should have been in the instructions. Great features and pressure for the price. Still going strong after a few years.

Update: DO NOT BUY!!! It never worked even after so called instructions to work!!! I didn’t return because of sanitary reasons. Just didn’t feel right. But I would never buy from this company again. I will be honest this is my second day I purchased, but my very first electronic one. I was looking forward to this product and assembly was easy. I followed all the directions. First try, everything worked well. The water was warm. The air was warm. The front and back worked well.. until the second try. First, the heat in the water stopped. Don’t know why where the directions press the restart button for two seconds unplugged it I did everything.. still did not work. Now the water pressure is starting to it can’t be clogged because I pulled it out and looked at it cleaned it and they’re giving me issues. I want to return this product, but it seems very unsanitary and I’m just gonna go to Home Depot and just purchase another one, but this particular product I’m not happy about this is my first review that I’ve ever do any product that I was unsatisfied with I was looking forward to using this and it lasting for a long time.

This review is based off the assembly. I had high hopes for this product after reading the reviews. The instructions are horrible. I need very detailed illustration and step by step instructions because I am not handy by any means needless to say I put the plate on backwards the first time so I had to undo everything and start over. It has arrows on it but the instructions doesn’t clarify that those arrows need to face the toilet tank/back of the toilet. I did not get to use the bidet functions because the T adapter is too big to fit my inlet hose which is 3/8 and they do not provide different size adaptors (which I think they should) I didn’t see any mention anywhere describing that this T adapter would only fit a specific size hose. The features I am able to use work great for me. The heated seat is the perfect temperature and the night light works fine. My expectations were not high. I don’t expect bells and whistles at this price point so I am satisfied so far. Once I figure out how to connect the water hose to the bidet I will update my review and change my rating
