After a medical procedure left my behind sore and unsanitary, I finally bit the bullet and started shopping for bidets. The idea of cold water shooting on my arse didn’t appeal to me, and this came up as a “budget” option for a heated bidet. I LOVE IT. First- you can turn the beeps off by pressing and holding the seat temperature button for a couple of seconds. I don’t know why this isn’t in the user manual anywhere, but I saw it in another review, and it works! However, you’ll have to repeat this any time it gets unplugged or the power goes out, since the settings don’t save. Another thing to know is that after you turn the lever to turn it on, it takes a few seconds to warm up before the spray starts. I was initially confused by this, but it’s just the heating element getting up to temp so your wash doesn’t start with an arctic blast. I love that the control is just a little dial at the side instead of a big, unnecessary panel. It’s sleek, it works great, you CAN turn the beeps off, and I think it’s a fabulous value for the price. We were looking for a bidet that had all the bells and whistles(heated seat, heated air dry, warm water, etc.). This checked all of our boxes at a cheaper price than some of the bigger brands. This is our first bidet purchase but we have used them abroad. The install was fairly simple one we had the outlet installed to power the seat. The seat itself took maybe 30 minutes to install. Air settings are all a bit warmer than I would choose but not bad. Water temp is about the same. Wouldnt mind a slightly colder setting or adjustment screw/button to dial it up or down. The beeping for most button presses can be a bit annoying. Also the light is either always on or off. Would be nice to set it to go on at a certain time. Also heated seat is nice burt would prefer it to be ondemand as it runs constantly and wastes energy. Despite all that, this is 1000% better than using TP and 500% better than an unheated bidet. ... show more

This is so much sleeker than the other bidets!!!! This doesn’t need a panel or remote it has a simple little knob on the side to turn the water on and off to clean your bottom on the left side, and on the right side it has flat touch buttons to change the water and seat temperature or turn the heat off. This minimalist design is easier to clean. Having no panels on the wall or side or a silly remote for a toilet is really nice!!!! All you need is this one knob you turn it forward to clean your front part and turn the knob and once you set the temperature of the seat and water you really don’t touch it again. Unless you want to turn it off during the hot summer. The pressure is not too weak or too much. It cleans very well. Saves TP you just pat dry with a little paper, you could even use a towel for those people that are allergic to the chemicals in the TP. Best bidet design! The waterline T in my package is broken which causes leaks so I have not been able to try it. Went to several hardware/plumbing stores and no one has replacement part as size is 7/8", which is not standard. Trying to find warranty website for vivohome has been very difficult. The bidet toilet seat might be great, but if you can't use it I will never know. If they send me replacements part ASAP I will update review, otherwise I'd go elsewhere. ... show more

One of the best purchase decisions we made - it's hard to go back now! In the morning when it's cold, very nice to sit on a warm toilet. I don't know how that'll be during summer time, but I image the heated seat can be turned off (my husband did the installation; I haven't read the manual). When you turn on the water, it's not instantaneous - takes about 5 seconds or so to heat, but totally worth the wait. We have a regular bidet seat in another bathroom that shoots out cold water, and we had been doing that for a few years / didn't mind at all. But now we know what warm water feels like on the rear after business, it's impossible to go back. An outlet is needed near the toilet though (we had the contractor add that during the bathroom remodel). ... show more
