This is a short review of a remarkable product. I recommend you buy one for each of your lavatories (as I have). This is my third Heated Bidet Seat and it is a joy to use. I like the warm seat, the warm wash water and the blow-dry finish. My bottom has never been cleaner and my frequent battle with hemorrhoids is no more. Savings in toilet paper alone will pay for one. If ordering, measure carefully and pay attention to whether your toilet is round or elongated. My toilets have a shorter round bowl and this model by Vivohome was one of the most compact and fit my toilets well. Best bathroom upgrade ever…recommended.

This is my first bidet so I have nothing to compare to but so far I love this thing! It took a little getting used to but now it really does the job. So why only 4 stars? Longevity mainly...if it lasts a couple years then it would definitely be a five star. Only wishes....hi/lo setting on light and a little better instructions. I had to rewatch the video to discover the remote only works on wash settings AFTER the knob on seat is engaged forward or back. Also be sure to return the knob to a fully upright position or else it will keep running a little water. Overall I can highly recommend this seat if you are looking to go the bidet route. I really like how clean you get compared to just paper, which I only use a little bit to finish the drying process. The dryer is nice but I can"t sit long enough to completely dry. The installation was pretty easy as well. So if you are looking to take a dip, I say come on in- the water is fine. ; ) Edit: After having a couple questions and concerns the company responded quickly to rectify the problem with even better than expected results. Will not hesitate to buy from them again!

Edited: Shortly after my first review, the water valve stem broke leaving the spray in an "On" position - this can get quite messy. Being handy, I decided to take the seat apart to see if it could be fixed (not for the faint of heart). After discussions with the manufacturer/seller, they agreed to send me a replacement part. The seller's communication and willingness to work with me are why I've only marginally downgraded my rating. The bidet is back together now and working. I can't say if the stem failure is a common issue or if mine had a low occurrence manufacturing defect. I guess I'll find out after another year. Original: Great bidet, the heated water, heated seat and night light are definite pluses over the inexpensive spray-only bidets. The hot air dry is nice, but not really necessary.

You only use a single lever for every day functions. It points up when the water is off. You push it to the rear do your rear. You can push it to the front to do your front. You push the big button on its pivot to turn on/off the hot air. There are two buttons on the other side of the seat. They let you pick temperature settings if you don't like the defaults. If you don't like the default settings, you only need to deal with them again after a power interruption. Installation was much easier than I expected. Making the water connection is significantly easier than replacing a toilet tank valve. Once you get the old toilet seat removed, installing the new seat's mounting bracket is very easy. They give you a template so you can position it exactly right before you click the seat into place. Forget the template. All you need to do is position the bracket so that you can bolt it lightly to the toilet. Then snap the seat into place. You can then position the seat exactly how you want it, release the seat using a button to the rear of the temperature setting buttons, and tighten the bracket's bolts. The other pleasant surprise was that it fits my round-bowl toilet just fine. The seat is only available in an elongated shape. I was worried that it would be too long for my round bowl. It is not. You can position the seat so that the front edge of the seat is even with the front of the bowl.

So far, it works well, but I do not like the logo right on the lid that you cannot remove. I called the company and there’s no way to remove it without damaging the seat. I would not have bought it if I had known. I already paid a plumber to install it thinking it was a sticker that could be removed. So I’m keeping it.

After a medical procedure left my behind sore and unsanitary, I finally bit the bullet and started shopping for bidets. The idea of cold water shooting on my arse didn’t appeal to me, and this came up as a “budget” option for a heated bidet. I LOVE IT. First- you can turn the beeps off by pressing and holding the seat temperature button for a couple of seconds. I don’t know why this isn’t in the user manual anywhere, but I saw it in another review, and it works! However, you’ll have to repeat this any time it gets unplugged or the power goes out, since the settings don’t save. Another thing to know is that after you turn the lever to turn it on, it takes a few seconds to warm up before the spray starts. I was initially confused by this, but it’s just the heating element getting up to temp so your wash doesn’t start with an arctic blast. I love that the control is just a little dial at the side instead of a big, unnecessary panel. It’s sleek, it works great, you CAN turn the beeps off, and I think it’s a fabulous value for the price. No regrets. Fully recommend!
