This is a short review of a remarkable product. I recommend you buy one for each of your lavatories (as I have). This is my third Heated Bidet Seat and it is a joy to use. I like the warm seat, the warm wash water and the blow-dry finish. My bottom has never been cleaner and my frequent battle with hemorrhoids is no more. Savings in toilet paper alone will pay for one. If ordering, measure carefully and pay attention to whether your toilet is round or elongated. My toilets have a shorter round bowl and this model by Vivohome was one of the most compact and fit my toilets well. Best bathroom upgrade ever…recommended.

You only use a single lever for every day functions. It points up when the water is off. You push it to the rear do your rear. You can push it to the front to do your front. You push the big button on its pivot to turn on/off the hot air. There are two buttons on the other side of the seat. They let you pick temperature settings if you don't like the defaults. If you don't like the default settings, you only need to deal with them again after a power interruption. Installation was much easier than I expected. Making the water connection is significantly easier than replacing a toilet tank valve. Once you get the old toilet seat removed, installing the new seat's mounting bracket is very easy. They give you a template so you can position it exactly right before you click the seat into place. Forget the template. All you need to do is position the bracket so that you can bolt it lightly to the toilet. Then snap the seat into place. You can then position the seat exactly how you want it, release the seat using a button to the rear of the temperature setting buttons, and tighten the bracket's bolts. The other pleasant surprise was that it fits my round-bowl toilet just fine. The seat is only available in an elongated shape. I was worried that it would be too long for my round bowl. It is not. You can position the seat so that the front edge of the seat is even with the front of the bowl.

After a medical procedure left my behind sore and unsanitary, I finally bit the bullet and started shopping for bidets. The idea of cold water shooting on my arse didn’t appeal to me, and this came up as a “budget” option for a heated bidet. I LOVE IT. First- you can turn the beeps off by pressing and holding the seat temperature button for a couple of seconds. I don’t know why this isn’t in the user manual anywhere, but I saw it in another review, and it works! However, you’ll have to repeat this any time it gets unplugged or the power goes out, since the settings don’t save. Another thing to know is that after you turn the lever to turn it on, it takes a few seconds to warm up before the spray starts. I was initially confused by this, but it’s just the heating element getting up to temp so your wash doesn’t start with an arctic blast. I love that the control is just a little dial at the side instead of a big, unnecessary panel. It’s sleek, it works great, you CAN turn the beeps off, and I think it’s a fabulous value for the price. No regrets. Fully recommend!

I wasnt quite sold on getting a bidet but this has been a game changer. Heated seat, heated water, air dryer for your tush. This will make you not want to go number 2 without it. That being said, very easy to install. Its comfortable to use. I would definitely recommend it.

Update: DO NOT BUY!!! It never worked even after so called instructions to work!!! I didn’t return because of sanitary reasons. Just didn’t feel right. But I would never buy from this company again. I will be honest this is my second day I purchased, but my very first electronic one. I was looking forward to this product and assembly was easy. I followed all the directions. First try, everything worked well. The water was warm. The air was warm. The front and back worked well.. until the second try. First, the heat in the water stopped. Don’t know why where the directions press the restart button for two seconds unplugged it I did everything.. still did not work. Now the water pressure is starting to it can’t be clogged because I pulled it out and looked at it cleaned it and they’re giving me issues. I want to return this product, but it seems very unsanitary and I’m just gonna go to Home Depot and just purchase another one, but this particular product I’m not happy about this is my first review that I’ve ever do any product that I was unsatisfied with I was looking forward to using this and it lasting for a long time.

Bought this for our dad who is almost blind and is a senior. He would not be able to see any buttons on remotes or on the bidet so we liked this one as it was a knob he could just feel for on the side and just keep turning until he found the right setting. It was also only one of the few that had a knob and also instant hot water (uses electrictricity) and was one of the most affordable on the market with instant hot water. It has a night light for the toilet bowl and the knob itself lights up. We just adjusted the other stuff like the temperature and the drying to his satisfaction and didn't show him those settings so he wouldn't mess with them as he has slight dementia but he seems to remember how to work the main knob with no problem. If you read some of the reviews, it will tell you how to get rid of the annoying beeping sound it makes. Like it so much, we are considering buying it as our backup bidet for our guest bathroom. we have a very high end bidet in our own bathroom now and this one is on par with that one and about $400 less in cost.
