Great bidet seat
Style: Knob Control
Easy to install, and works great. I love the night light and heated seat. Excellent value.

Heated water
Style: Knob Control
Love it. Hold back right button in till it keeps and it turns off the sound. Works good and we love the heated seat and bidet. We dont use the air to save money. Only negative is the cover and seat sometimes dont stay up for men when using and like to fall down easily. We had to get a magnet set with sticker on the 1 side to magnet the lid up. The water is heated and it doesn't need hot water hookup it uses electricity

Poor Quality
Style: Knob Control
Bought one 1.5yrs ago... started leaking from the bidet nozzle device (eventually all over my floor it got so bad). Company would not replace. Bought a new one thinking it would work this time.... nope same thing. Started leaking from the same spot after a couple months... these are nice at first but the quality/longevity stink. I would recommend a different seat unless you want to repurchase it every year and worry about water damage.

Best bathroom upgrade ever…recommended.
Style: Knob Control
This is a short review of a remarkable product. I recommend you buy one for each of your lavatories (as I have). This is my third Heated Bidet Seat and it is a joy to use. I like the warm seat, the warm wash water and the blow-dry finish. My bottom has never been cleaner and my frequent battle with hemorrhoids is no more. Savings in toilet paper alone will pay for one. If ordering, measure carefully and pay attention to whether your toilet is round or elongated. My toilets have a shorter round bowl and this model by Vivohome was one of the most compact and fit my toilets well. Best bathroom upgrade ever…recommended.

Great for the price, could use a few improvements
Style: Knob Control
This is our first bidet purchase but we have used them abroad. The install was fairly simple one we had the outlet installed to power the seat. The seat itself took maybe 30 minutes to install. Air settings are all a bit warmer than I would choose but not bad. Water temp is about the same. Wouldnt mind a slightly colder setting or adjustment screw/button to dial it up or down. The beeping for most button presses can be a bit annoying. Also the light is either always on or off. Would be nice to set it to go on at a certain time. Also heated seat is nice burt would prefer it to be ondemand as it runs constantly and wastes energy. Despite all that, this is 1000% better than using TP and 500% better than an unheated bidet.

Everyday functions are simple and intuitive!
Style: Knob Control
You only use a single lever for every day functions. It points up when the water is off. You push it to the rear do your rear. You can push it to the front to do your front. You push the big button on its pivot to turn on/off the hot air. There are two buttons on the other side of the seat. They let you pick temperature settings if you don't like the defaults. If you don't like the default settings, you only need to deal with them again after a power interruption. Installation was much easier than I expected. Making the water connection is significantly easier than replacing a toilet tank valve. Once you get the old toilet seat removed, installing the new seat's mounting bracket is very easy. They give you a template so you can position it exactly right before you click the seat into place. Forget the template. All you need to do is position the bracket so that you can bolt it lightly to the toilet. Then snap the seat into place. You can then position the seat exactly how you want it, release the seat using a button to the rear of the temperature setting buttons, and tighten the bracket's bolts. The other pleasant surprise was that it fits my round-bowl toilet just fine. The seat is only available in an elongated shape. I was worried that it would be too long for my round bowl. It is not. You can position the seat so that the front edge of the seat is even with the front of the bowl.

Great, easy to setup, lack of power options though
Style: Knob Control
Does what it says and even fits my tankless toilet. Easy to use and setup if you're mildly handy with a wrench. I used my own wrench but I believe this came with everything you need and two different mounting options (standard screw/nut and pop in rubber studs that I've never seen before) The water is a nice warm temperature. Sometimes it's not quite as warm as it should be but I assume that's because it's the dead of winter here and the water in my line can be super cold. I'd give this product 4/5 stars but the power options are easily the biggest issue. If you opt to use the heated seat, it heats on a low setting 24/7 all the time which I feel is a waste. It would have been better if the heat only turns on when you lift the top toilet lid. In addition to that, if for any reason you lose power then all of the features revert to their default setting (which is all lights on, seat heat on, water heat on). Honestly, I haven't gotten out a watt meter to test just how much power this thing uses when idle and I'm generally not concerned with being eco-friendly, but power costs money and I worry this thing eats more than it should. Could just be a useless worry though. In any case, I really like the performance of it and, for the price, it' seems like a pretty good option.

Great for almost blind senior with mild dementia
Style: Knob Control
Bought this for our dad who is almost blind and is a senior. He would not be able to see any buttons on remotes or on the bidet so we liked this one as it was a knob he could just feel for on the side and just keep turning until he found the right setting. It was also only one of the few that had a knob and also instant hot water (uses electrictricity) and was one of the most affordable on the market with instant hot water. It has a night light for the toilet bowl and the knob itself lights up. We just adjusted the other stuff like the temperature and the drying to his satisfaction and didn't show him those settings so he wouldn't mess with them as he has slight dementia but he seems to remember how to work the main knob with no problem. If you read some of the reviews, it will tell you how to get rid of the annoying beeping sound it makes. Like it so much, we are considering buying it as our backup bidet for our guest bathroom. we have a very high end bidet in our own bathroom now and this one is on par with that one and about $400 less in cost.
