I think this is well made. Easy setup for one person. I leave mine up to cover some yard equipment. I use my own line to tie it down (the included line is to weak for my needs here in Florida). It's been through several heavy rain storms, and it is doing just fine. It appears that this popup canopy would be easy to fold back up. Until the next hurricane, I will leave it up....Great value for the price!

When I got this delivered there was some issues concerning the Velcro closure/loops for a couple of the locations. They were missing. One in the corner and one at a location near the middle of the canopy. Rather than send a canopy replacement, the company offer to reduce the price. I opted for that and I can find some Velcro and sew it on myself. When I contacted them about this I mentioned that they should keep a eye on quality control which they said that they would do.

I would have gave this product a 5 star review. But after building it the canopy part has stitching already coming loose and the hooks on the side we have two really loose. We just have to sit it there.

When the 10x10 is just too big to hassle with, this is the perfect ez up. One person set up is super easy. I haven't tried to take it down yet so might edit this review then.

This did not come with the anchors. Also the canopy is way too big for the frame. It just sags and hangs over the edges. Either the frame is smaller than 8x8, or a 10x10 canopy was sent. I'm trying to improvise while camping but will be returning this as soon as I get home.
