The adjustment levels on the back of the chair are similar to a lawn chair, adjustments can be changed with ease. People complain about back pain when sitting for a tattoo right around the 2 hour point. The back is not adjustable to to sit upright far enough to get them off their tailbone weird. Also, there was a small tear we didn't see until it was too late. Check the product all over very well. It was hard to see.

This product could have gotten 4 stars, but the wheeled stool it comes with is *completely useless*-- it's built for someone the size of a child. If you want the stool, buy a different one and save yourself some money by getting the chair alone.

Awful quality!! Plastic and cardboard. Definitely would not sustain 330lbs. My 15 year old son who is 130 lbs was practically too big for this table. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen!

Bought two of these. The first one collapsed after a few months-the back support bar is shoddily made and got warped/bent and the screw and bolt came out. Bought a second one. The entire frame buckled and collapsed on a client in a WEEK This should not be a $350 chair. Also this is the first time I’ve ever written a review on here, this thing just sucks that much
