Great price for virtually the same axe Husq sells. The head feels lighter than advertised but I can't guarantee it is. The edge on the cutter could be better. But a quick run with a file and this little axe cuts what I need. I use it to drive my wedges in and clean up smaller trunks. Or to mark my cut. I wish I had gotten one slightly longer. But that's not the product fault. Update. I've owned this for a year. I've literally tried to wreck it. It's hit a carbide chisel and got a couple nicks in the blade. I filed them out and it cuts great. I hammer wedges and a carbide cutter with this hatchet. It's still going strong in full use as a Wildland fire fighter and pro arborist in off season. You can't beat the price. Anybody with a negative review did not get the same axe I got or severely abused it. I've only oiled and sharpened mine. ... show more
