I'm thoroughly impressed with the VIVO Pneumatic Adjustable Height Cart. This versatile piece has found a significant place in my daily life, serving as a mobile sit-to-stand desk on my main floor where I work with both my computer on my TV and laptop. The standout feature for me is the adjustable height. It allows me to switch between working while sitting on the couch and standing. This not only offers ergonomic benefits but also keeps my back in good spirits. I often find myself switching between these positions every half hour or so, which is a great routine for maintaining comfort and a healthy mobile body by varying positions during extended work hours. Even better, I've discovered that I can pair this mobile desktop with my under-the-desk treadmill. The support base design in the middle of the cart doesn't allow me to push it as far under as my regular sit-to-stand desk, but it's enough that I can still walk at a slow to medium pace and be able to type and use my mouse—a fantastic way to burn some extra calories and stay mobile while getting work done. The desktop's size is noteworthy, as it is small enough to tuck away and not be intrusive in my living room while still being able to accommodate my 15.6" laptop and a full ergonomic Microsoft keyboard and mouse when needed. Adjusting the height with the pneumatic mechanism is a breeze, offering a seamless transition to the desired position. Assembly was incredibly simple, taking less than 5 minutes and only requiring the tightening of eight screws with the included Allen wrench. There are no scuffing issues on my wood floor with the wheels on the desk, and I appreciate the fact that it's not electric, eliminating concerns about motor issues. Plus, it comes with a reassuring 3-year manufacturer warranty. One suggestion I have is to consider ordering an extra-large mouse pad at the same time you order this so you have them all at once. This can help prolong and protect the desktop finish from scuffs and scratches. Additionally, I noticed that when putting this together, the finish tends to show body oil from your hands. These mouse pads are a fairly inexpensive, simple solution and can help maintain the desktop's pristine appearance. ... show more

My wife loves to work on her laptop while watching TV in bed, but the posture it forces her to use get painful after a while. This table has been a godsend for her. "Hey, let me take a picture of it before you put junk all over it" I said. "No", my family said as they piled it up with everything imaginable. It's definitely become very popular in my living room. I had a coffee table in front of my couch but it was too low and too far away for anyone to use it for anything other than a footrest. Unfortunately my couch has a metal strip that runs the entire length of the lower front, so I can't slide anything under it. I still use this though since it's the best solution I've found so far. I own a similar one that I bought at a similar price from another company. This one is better for three reasons: 1. The base is much lower profile, allowing it to fit under more things. 2. The wheels don't stick out. I am always catching cables and stuff on the wheels of my other table. 3. My other table has a rubber piece that is glued around the edges that is starting to become un-glued. This one won't have that issue. This table also has a huge adjustment range and can vary between sitting height and standing height, making it good for a standing desk as well as a bedside table. I love how low profile this table was and how easy it was to assemble. It fit really well under the side of the sofa and works well especially with the adjustable height lever.
