Ran some lines for security camera's, saw this was priced pretty competitively. Figured it was worth a shot. Cable is perfectly fine and the twisted pair is 100% normal, but the cable jacket feels cheap and the twisted pair inside of the jacket weren't snug and tight like other bulk CAT6 i've used. It 100% is worth the money if you don't want to pay for expensive cabling

I can get a full gig out of this cable no problem. The plastic thing in the middle of all the wire is super weird. This is also aluminum cable, so make sure that is what you want. Spend a little extra and get real cable.

The pull box is for sure the way to go, although this specific box did snag a little internally at times, but a forceful tug was sufficient to get the cable flowing freely again. Recommend having someone helping feed out the cable, but that is worth the convenience. Cable feels like good quality, have not yet tested it with 10GBase-T but I have no reason to expect it won't work. I had not a single problematic RJ45 connection so compatibility is good. This is a quite noticeable step up in quality from Cat5e, and Cat6A is really not necessary for the length of runs (<55 meters) you're likely to encounter in a residential application and doesn't support 25GBase-T anyway, so Cat6 for residential seems like the sweet spot.

I lost several feet of cable that was cracked in the box. The cable is very thick. Twice as thick as some cat6. Even with it being thick, it breaks easy. It was affordable, and got the job done. However, next time I will pay a little extra for better cable.

I imagine different batches, mine color was gray...could have had different results...mine were fine. For the record, I bought this a year ago. Just installed the last of this batch. Had an issue during install where I actually managed to have my laptop drop and dangle from the network cable from the eave of a roof...redneck testing on my part...oops. But most crap I do is redneck since I am one and proud of it. In this case case things worked out as they mostly do. Had full download and upload speeds. 349/24 Mb's. Recommend.
