Got this as a multi purpose tool, for heating water to treat fabric, either dyeing or removing colorb and cooking. So far it has worked flawlessly! Heat output is incredible and the overall fit and finish of the unit is also good. There was a couple tack welds that I think could be bigger but so far haven't shown any problem. It has become an indispensable part of my house! So easy to fire up for quick meals. The pot holders are perfectly spaced to fit a wok and it has taken our oriental and latin nights to the next level! It was used during a recent power outage to cook and brew coffee. I can't sing high enough praises for this unit. My plans for the burner. Build removable extensions for the legs to put it waist hight for cooking with the wok. Putting metal panels on the sides to prevent a breeze from blowing out the flame, this was my only complaint while cooking after the recent storms and power outage. Putting removable metal cover with a center hole over the top to direct the heat towards the center for cooking with the wok.

You need to be able to see the flame and understand what a proper flame looks like and you can cook anything you want. I put a five gallon pot on and I can boil water to cook stew or apples or anything in volume for canning. Adjust your air and fuel and put the pressure cooker in. I average five lbs of propane per hour.
