They responded by the number I provided was incorrect because it doesn’t have alphabetical in it. Only numerical. I re sent it again. Explaining its all numerical. We went back in forth. Still they would not send me a hard copy of my warranty information that I purchased. I was. So upset that I called instead. They helped me immediately. No problems. They even explained all questions that I had. I am awaiting the hard copy witch they said could take from 7 to 10 days. So I maybe responding to quickly. I haven’t received it yet. But it was so much better speaking with someone on the phone then on line. However there was one thing that is conflicting. The web when I purchased it said that the 4 year warranty would start after the manufacture warranty ended. Was incorrect. The extended warranty starts the day of purchase. I thought I was getting 1st year under manufacture warranty and when it ended the 4 year extended warranty would start. NO not at all like the web information stated. The 4 year extended warranty starts at the day I purchased it. So instead of getting 5 years. 1st manufacture warranty warranty then 4 years extended warranty totally 5 years. Not so. I get 4 years only. 1 they cove what manufacture warranty doesn’t then 3 years extended warranty.. it’s very mid leading. Also depending on the cost of the tv they will more then Lilly just replace it without fixing it and only allow the cost before taxes. Buyer beware!!!

Horrible product, huge flare up when the stove was connected to the propane tank, very unsafe and flimsy construction, I am not sure how this product is being sold on Amazon.com, also, this item cannot be returned, I'd give it zero start if possible...
