Loved this bike, I have used it for a year before I got a nail in my tire. I asked every local shop and no one could replace the 3x20 tube tire, I plan on eventually buying a replacement tire from the vivi website itself though I am unsure how long I will have that option as this model seems to no longer be sold by this company. I also wanted a new battery but, it seems like they don't make this battery either anymore. Very solid bike -- sturdy, well built, relatively easy to put together -- does not come preassembled. Can handle light sand, normal levels of gravel, to some extent can fjord an inch or so of water (I got caught in a freezing rain downpour here in northern michigan once that was a crazy ride), has significant enough power to handle my steep hilled roads in my lakeview town. These roads are labled with warnings for trucks. Though it does come at a steep battery cost. It wasn't a bother though as I took my charger everywhere. Full charge got me around 20 miles a day and I pushed the limit to 22 easily, even with some hills. Difficult to pedal without assist, but with assist a breeze that will not leave you sore (I believe just because it is a rather heavy bike). I would note that you should always leave this bike covered with charging, as the charger is also not water proof -- and I am not sure how much longer this charger type will sell on their website either. It is a lithum ion charger too, three pin type like you can find for scooters and wheelchairs (tho the lithium ion is not universal -- some have lead batteries and the company warns you that you should use the charger that comes with this for this bike). I am a really short person and it JUST fits my height. I am five foot exactly of a feminine build.

This bike is so much fun. I love how there are 3 speeds. The suspension is actually really good, it absorbs a lot better than my road bike (obviously) and a little bit better than my gfs mountain bike. I love the kickstand, it's thick and reliable. Two things I recommend though, read the manual, and use the amazon video in this page + the build video from a qr code in the manual. My bike required instructions from both to build my bike. I cannot emphasize how important it is to read the manual, to turn the bike on, you need to insert a key (yes you need the key to be able to turn the bike on) and turn it, then you can turn the bike on. The bike has 3 speeds, a low medium and high, low is actually already decently fast, but high goes pretty fast too. Honestly this bike is so fun, I've already recommended it to my family, and plan on getting another bike very soon for my gf and my mom! Considering I bought my road bike for $400, this price seems good to me. The Assisted pedaling will help for those pesky uphill rides!

My first e-bike is not bad at all, considering the low price. I had no issues putting it together, As Vivi advertised, it is rather on a slow side, about 22mph, battery charge about 30-35 miles. Had a small issue with front brake, but customer service was very responsive and sent me a new brake assembly. I wish this bike could clear steep grades, therefore 4 stars.

Solid bike and especially the seat. Will replace it with a softer one. As stated by others the instructions are not the best but if you have had other bikes before you should be able to put it together with no problem.

I paid less than $500 before sales tax, ($200 shipping of that amount), so pretty good price. Ride is ok, bike seems to have more power than "Electric" brand which I also own. Throttle does not always work, some days does, others it does not, so I'm thinking it will probably quit completely after a few hundred more miles, (currently about 240 miles on OD. Fairly good buy at this price.
